Haaland was absolutely robbed of the Ballon D'or by FIFA, I honestly don't think Messi was anywhere near as good as the giant Norwegian last season and Messi only got it because someone fixed it for him. Martinez isn't "off the radar" as you put it, at all...... there are many people who mention him or talk about him here in England and I'm sure he's talked about elsewhere as well. There's been a lot of talk about him joining a Premier League club over the last 2-3 years, but I think that he, like a lot of players from Italian football clubs, they don't like English football as its fast, physical and extremely tough so they normally stay in Italy.
