Escaping elimination! Connor McDavid made NHL history by picking up his 32nd assist of the playoffs... But the big question is, who takes game 5?! lets break this one down!

Yep and Sasha drove himself home after that devastating hit where he lost the puck to Leon you can see in the video Sasha looking around notices Leon's got the puck over to Broussard Connor heading for the net and what happens Sasha turns on the acting falls to the ice like he doesn't even know where he is and back on the ice the next day too laughing it up

Back in November, Oilers had a 5% chance of making the playoffs. Before game 4, Oilers had a 5% chance of coming back to win. I like those odds!

An 8-1 blowout should convince us that the Oilers still have the capability to win this series. However, their 1-for-6 performance on the powerplay is concerning. If they can't get their powerplay clicking, winning three straight games seems unlikely.

DUDE. They scored how many goals on the powerplay out of 8??? They just need to score. A team's guard is generally down when they are ON the PP, hence the first goal to kick it off. NHL wants money; refs will ensure this goes to game 7 anyway, probably. Bob has been cracked and his weaknesses found. It's over for the Panthers any which way you swing it.

It’s funny how panthers fans don’t understand this is how edmonton has played all season long. Very streaky and periods of bad cold streaks. Then they catch fire and they completely dominate. I will not be surprised if oilers end up winning the cup.

Panthers fans keep yapping about how "they wanted to win the cup at home" or they didn't play good or bob was pulled, last time I checked the panthers had done all preparations and were expecting to lift the trophy in edmonton. No team would bear a loss 8-1 just to win a cup at home.

Great clip of Broberg sacrificing himself to swat the puck away. I missed that when I watched the game. Of his whole draft class somehow I thought that he was the worst pick of the first round. This sets up an interesting scenario. The Oilers have to do the exact same three more times, while the Panthers have three games to respond to this onslaught. I didn't watch the game, but from your highlights I'd say the puck luck was definitely a Lady for the Oilers last night, compared to the first three games.

The difference was that they broke their confidence. They always have been the best team, better organized and faster - but the Panthers have Bobrovsky, and a good goalie is the key. So the Oilers, by finding the way to score, broke their castle, their rock. I'd say the game shifted definitely at 2-1, when Skinner made a big save and Oilers kept on being so good offensively. Then the whole Panthers's balloon deflated. (It's just my view on it. I'm a Habs fan. I support Oilers but I am just analyzing here)

Stolarz had an outstanding season. 2.02 GAA/.925 SV% in 27 games which is not a small sample size. He's gonna be a UFA and most likely a Stanley Cup winner this offseason. I think he could start somewhere. Blackhawks anyone?

I hate it when teams (Panthers) play the acting game. They suddenly fall when they are near the opposing (Oiler) player. Tryn their best to try and fool the ref. And the Bennet crawl after the check was a good example of making it look like he'd never walk again. Glad the refs didn't buy the act! Officiating much better in games 3 % 4. Go OILERS!

I expected a win by the Oilers but not like that. This may have changed the series unless Bobrovsky comes back to where he was in games 1 and 2. 7 goals in 40 mins of action between Game 3 period 3 and Game 4 not cutting it

Bob going cold in game 4 is not a good look. Its about the worst time for him to give up the momentum. Thats going to play heavily into the mental game for the Oilers.

Video clearly shows the nurse leaning in with the shoulder for the hit and then turned into a turtle and left himself vulnerable the acting was top notch it's all on video this as bad as the hooking call on Sasha you don't have your feet just come from underneath you when someone has their stick in the middle of your body Sasha is a bad actor to yet the referees clearly are getting paid extra to make sure Florida wins because clear video evidence shows how pathetic the calls are one way it's time the refereeing is held accountable and questions are asked because it is clearly f****** gong Show on the referee part

Draisaitl and Mcdavid keep turning away from the net. Look at the holloway goal from Draisaitl and the Nurse goal from Mcdavid. Other times in the game they are too far away for rebounds.

Oil picked the puck up just above the pad on many shots against Bob, and that appeared to be his kryptonite last night. He goes down so early, essentially cheating, and it's worked so far, as it took a while for these guys to learn, when you shoot low, he's already there waiting. Hey, hopefully they can expose his weaknesses a bit more in a couple more games, but it's still a far, far, far chance of making a series out of this. Anything can happen though.

I mean there is always a chance and if Florida can't find answers then the Oilers have a shot at coming back for game 6. However I think Maurice will have an answer but if Bob looks human then there still is a chance a decent one at that
