Tired of living in fear, tired of settling for unhappiness, Ramses Amun explains why he left the US and created a life of freedom living in Costa Rica.
In this interview with the Exodus Collective's Zoe Smith, Ramses shares his journey from leaving a successful surgical career to become a kemetic yoga teacher and the undeniable benefits kemetic yoga has had in his life.
We dive deep into living ancestrally, how psilocybin and psilocybin therapy can be a useful tool for healing and why there's a disparity between black men and black women choosing to recreate new lives abroad.

Ramses story resonates so strongly with me! I’m a solo lady that left the USA for good, 13 months ago. Not only for obvious toxicity of the USA but to release it and reprogram my thinking so I can be me! It’s a journey long after the actual exit. A beautiful journey. I’m in Playa Del Carmen currently for my soft landing and to obtain my Mexican residency, but now planning to explore other places that are more authentic and cultural. Listening to this made me shed tears of joy.

This has to be one of your best interviews. So much truth and inspiration. As a Black woman preparing for my own exodus, this was the additional push I needed. ❤️

Great episode 🎉 I appreciate him sharing the fact that healing and movement are a part of the process. My two cents: Until we step away for a significant amount of time we will not be able to identify who we are, the pain and heal the hurt. Blessings on your journey family ❤

Very wise words. For many of us, stepping away is when the true journey begins.

I'd Love to move to Cost Rica if I could legally possess and carry firearms. I had a Friend live there for several years and He was a target. He moved back to the U.S. I enjoyed this video and still have hope that one day Things/laws change there.
