I believe it likely means she is allowed to stay home during the week to care for her child (assuming she's actually able to given her stupidity) and wearing an ankle monitor during the week and goes to jail from Friday evening until Sunday evening. I'm not a lawyer/legal professional and can't confirm if that is factual; merely my take on it.
