So today's call is with one of my students, Jake, an ex-plasterer living in Melbourne, now in Thailand.
He's only been with me a few months... but a few days ago he picked up an Australian mortgage client who's given him 60 leads from their database of "dead" unconverted leads for him to close using the Prince Charming AI Android.
Closing 15% of these leads (that the mortgage company were never going to contact again) set Jake up with almost $1k, just letting AI converse with and close these leads into appointments over SMS.
It's easy to imagine what that figure could look like with a 10,000-lead database.
