wow im so sorry for his sister. i myself have/had polysistic kidneys. i was diagnost at age 9 and then failed at basicly 19/20. i was on dyalsis for 2 1/2 years. 4x a week 4 hours a day. it sucks big time. i almost died. luckly i got a 2nd kidney transplant. had it since may 4th 2008 and bee doing pretty good. if i had to go back on dyalisis id rather die. always felt liike the life force was suckeed from me, never had energy always felt sick or throwing up. hugs to you and your sister hope for a transplant :)
