This judgment no balance at all and the judge keeps shutting the guy up. He hasnt said he isnt taking care of the kids. He still gives them upkeep and pays school fees. Whats the 250k for? After giving her 900k this year?

My main concern about this judgement is if the guy's income is taken into consideration before determining his contributions towards the upkeep of the children 🤔 It takes two to bring children into the world and both of them should be responsible for their welfare 🤷

The law can be very corrupt sometimes.i had a case where my uncle had twins with a maid and the DNA conducted showed the twins were not his but later it was conducted some where else and it was his children.the wife had paid the lab to produce fake results to the court.anything is possible now our days.

My first comment on here, and I must say! I am very dissappointed with the judgement. Its not only wrong, it sends the wrong signal. The jump to "welfare of the children" is fraught with a lot of danger, when welfare is all about money. In this case, how can a woman raise 15, 13 year old and and boys for that matter with her pedigree, she is an ingrate in my opninion, what do you expect from those boys. No surprise why there are so many unruly boys roaming the street, when all the dad is for is to be ATM for the woman. Laws should derive from the culture of a people, the Western laws we site have not worked for the family in those Western countries, children are source of money from mostly men, and hence loads of baby mamas raising children that are unruly, drug addicts and with all sorts of other vices as we see in those homes as being encouraged with this type of judgement. What about the spiritual and mentoring needs of the children, in this case the boys, It has been monetised. the woman started by beating the 5 year old when he couldnt even talk, unless i heard wrong, before making effort to take him for medical attention, The man raised the issue of scars on the boys head, the judge would not listen to that. the man alleged she was aggressive, the judge didnt take note, its all about how much money that could be extracted from the man manipulating the situation using the children. he paid school fees up to date, and even fullfilled his promise to start her up in business, The man is now a beast of burden to a very manipulative woman and the judge could not care less. The man is not good, you had first child, the man is not good , the second child, the man is a monster third child, this same man is rubbish, the fourth child, please we should not discourage good men from marrying. Judgenent in this case is not served, I would suggest that the judge meet with his workers to sound out their opinion as regards this case particularly. I rest my case
