So basically some kid gets mad at another kid for beating him at foosball then when he’s older decides to challenge the kid to a soccer match while some foosball players magically come to life and cheat but the kid who was better at foosball still loses

I mean, the other dude wanted to enslave the whole city, there ain't such things as cheating when Ezekiel was the first one to start it all. If Amadio had some brains he should have gone on with the plan of the little dudes, even if exposed, none would believe that the figurines were sentient beings. But that would have made the movie kinda boring, the ending seems rather better with the route they went with.
