You do realize flour typically has a Kst value around 100 bar.m.s-1 and when atomized it becomes a Class 1 hazard for a Dust Explosion. It literally could have "blown up" had there been an ignition source in the bathroom.

She was completely fine and laughed with them 3) this is actually a very nice prank that doesn't hurt anybody physically nor mentally. It's safe to assume that, if it wasn't staged, he asked for her consent to upload this, therefore not really humiliating anyone and just showing ppl that he has lots of fun with his kids and his wife.
