It’s probably not what that looks like since the chains on his hands possible, and its hands(length) have more size then the on in the picture, its most possible that its the titan of fire or lava, or im not sure. But you could look into the movie Hercules it has a similar arm to the one in the movie. Remember this is just a prediction not a reality.
