Looking back I think Tamar announcing that she was not going to make anymore albums was a test for Vincent that he failed. I also believe it was a warning for him and somehow he missed it. We have seen how controlling he has been over her career not wanting her to get new management etc. by her announcing this without telling him she made a statement... you cannot control me anymore. Also, it was saying if you don’t want to let me go find new management then I’m just gonna stop giving you something to manage 🤷🏾‍♀️. This also let him see that she was willing to make things better and she needed him to prove that too and he didn’t.

They definitely appeared to have grown apart or there was secret infidelity. When someone is cheating, sometimes depending on how strong or weak the relationship is, the cheater will be very nonchalant.

But if she used him why would she have a child with him and why would she defend him against abuse allegations brought about by her family. Vince was in love with her but if you go back and look at even Season 1 of Braxton Family Values you can see he speaks to her like she’s a child, and this continued throughout the marriage on camera, so imagine what it was like behind closed doors. In this situation both Tamar and Vince had their faults and the marriage just couldn’t be repaired.

The fact that she went to therapy with her sisters but not with Vince baffles me. She even said on BFV to her sisters that he suggested it but she was already done with everything by then. It's sad that they couldn't communicate better amongst each other without an audience.

Cause maybe she felt comfortable getting her point across to him that way more than she does trying to get it across to him in private.. Vince is controlling and maybe she wanted someone to see that, sometimes Vince fires back too, we don't know how he is to her in private.. Tamar have been in abusive relationships before and Vince is a big dude well was a big dude.. some times when most of their fights/arguments break out she's around friends.. there have been reports of Vince biting her.. so maybe she just wants them there for safety reasons as well just in case Vince tries to get physical.. not saying he would but you never know.. or she wants witness to how he is verbally towards her.. There is an underlying reason why she does that and it could be for anyone of those reasons..

I’m with you Tamar. She’s strong, knows he worth, love and values her peace of mind. It had to take a whole lot to get to this point. She’s given all she could and sees Vince now has to fight as she take a breather. He thought he could try it because she loves him and their son, but he forgot that Tamar is not the one for you to distant, become cold or make feel unwanted and appreciated. She is not the one. Tamar reminds me of myself and I love her personality.

That’s not a contradiction at all. Those two statements are mutually exclusive. Separate living spaces is technically a separation, yes.. and sometimes, space brings space.. BUT sometimes space can also bring you back together better than before. Maybe that’s the outcome she was hoping for.

Mannn listen, Vince is scared. He feels betrayed and left alone. He helped build Tamar's career so much. Alot of us didn't even know about her until a few years ago. Now people want to buy her albums. Tamar has acquired alot on her own and built her name. Her brand carries weight on its own now...so much so that she has the confidence to want to leave her marriage because why....she can Finally be fine without him. It's pretty sad. I feel his pain. Life lesson: be careful who you invest in.

Ive known about Tamar since the 90s. My mom was a big Braxton fan. We had the Braxton’s album, Tamar’s and Toni’s stuff. Relationships end. She invested in him too this show etc. I wish them both the best.

Natasha Utsey - Terrell ALWAYS left her baking with the banana powder not dusted away from underneath her eyes; etc. She’s had blond with Terrell also & actually, Tamar did her own makeup in this scene with the hot pink lipstick. Whether self application, or a REAL M.U.A does her makeup it looks 1000% better than any beat Terrell has ever done. (imo)

Let me break this down. In order for an artist to make it in the industry; there comes a point where you have to make a (""blood sacrifice"") to sustain the lifestyle, money, riches, and public relevance you want/want to reach. In her case, either Vincent, or Tamar has to eventually do that. Or the elite will snatch all that from you. The sacrifice could be: first born son, family member, other celebrity, etc. Not a conspiracy. Look at the evidence: Prince, Michael Jackson, Kandi, Todd (Kandi's hubby; whom became wealthy after his nothers ""passing""), Charlie Murphy, Bernie Mac, Amy Whinehouse, Heath Ledger, the list is so long. Vincent has gotten this far by taking out his mother, father, and others in his immediate family. Tamar is supposed to, but she literally does not have the heart to do so. So, her going off into the background of the music business is her best bet.

Not taking sides....but it may have been a situation where he felt he wasted his time....to build up an artist it doesn't happen overnight no matter who you are....even the most popular have to continue to thrive to keep their audience attention....so to just shut it down is a flop....not even realizing the financial commitment.....the business side of music can be ugly....after the fun and celebration is over....which a lot of artist didn't even realize the fun is an expense the artist has to pay for....
