Its finally time! Thats right today we are playing my main fighterz team of Jiren, yamcha and Android 17 once again. Will we be able to take on the online ranked matches of dragonball fighterz or will DBFZ send their strongest soilders out today!

A little tip for playing 17. His arial ki blast can got you a whole bar of meter in just one use. You can also combo his ki blast by using a super dash after the first one

also you can freely combo off a successful barrier if you dash and use low in time.

Honestly I’d say he’s more of a gimmick character. Pretty good attacks and auto combo and a gimmick super dash

@@sayontheothergamingveteran6651 He's a gimmick until you're against someone who actually knows how to play him. Roshi has many ways to punish if he gets the read on his opponents. His super dash is a gimmick but also a usable part of his kit that can cause hilarious mix ups.

@@thegoldenphoenix3710 Yeah if you know the BoJ mix Zamasu is infinitely scarier. Every combo goes on forever & ever tag in combo can become a ToD basically. Doto, just imagine tag-in Base Goku lvl 3 off of pretty much anything!

My recommendation for this team is to switch Jiren to the point character. 17's barrier assist is nutty, and because of that, he works better outside of point.

Idk, 17 on point is an amazing battery character, you can build so much meter for the rest of the team.

@bazzjedimaster Only issue is point characters dies first 90% of the time. So if 17 dies first there goes your battery. Even worst if you've already used your spark or if you have a mid or anchor who sucks at building bar.

I do think the barrier level 1 looks a bit cooler than his level 3. Either way, 17 should have a level 4 where after the Super Electric he can do the barrier, similar to Vegito

About which 17 level 1 i like more. Probably the grounded planted one, I like the reference to murdering Dr. Gero more than the random Universe 3(?) super android more. But visually the barrier level 1 is pretty sick with its lighting and cinematics, and its properties are pretty cool. it beats quite a few level 3s I believe, so its a cool invincible reversal option, if someone does a safe random level 3, like say any of the level 3 beams, like cell's or SSJ/SSB Vegeta, Im pretty sure it goes through them. Can get more of a punish than some other characters can.

Nah I agree, 17’s Level 1 is better than his Level 3, animation-wise and conceptually. He uses the sheer power of his barrier and concentrates that energy into his fist and that camera angle with the green fire on his hand. Chef’s kiss

Personally, I also think the barrier animation is cooler than his level 3 simply because the level 3 feels so quick and a little underwhelming cinematic-wise. The barrier just looks and feels more pleasing to watch.

Honestly seeing Doto pick up either beerus or super broly would be fun cause they have pretty damaging combos, both have dps brolys being a level 1 but still a dp, good assists, and decent synergy with whoever else you run
