I read an article with comments from the director of the movie - he was going for a mix of 60% able to be sung by an opera singer and 40% that would be computer generated. He was shocked that she (i.e. the opera singer in the movie) was able to actually sing about 85% of the song. Apart from the range, the scale that is sung is impossible for a human to sing. Dimash made some tiny adjustments - and what an INCREDIBLE performance. Unbelievable, especially considering that it is at the end of one of his concerts - which are massive vocally.

He has done the whole aria but that's another video. The original is supposed to be sung by an alien so they overlapped her voice in some parts. So of course no human can do that, but Dimash is pretty close. Only a handful of singers can do this part, including another man that I've seen, but Dimash did it more beautiful. His technique and skills are unmatched. ❤

Another enjoyable reaction. As you already stated, Diva Dance is originally a song from the classic 1997 sci-fi thriller “The Fifth Element” starring Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich. For the scene, the song’s composer, Eric Serra, designed the piece with the intent that it would be impossible for a human to perform the high-pitch staccato sections. He had Inva Mula-Tchako, an Albanian opera lyric soprano, sing the notes individually so that they could then be arranged digitally and recorded. In the movie, this song is “performed” by an alien, Diva Plavalaguna, played by Maïwenn Le Besco. The staccati are reminiscent of "The Queen of the Night" aria from the opera "The Magic Flute." I wish Dimash would perform that vocal masterpiece once in concert. Although, he frequently does perform the piece as part of his warm-up before concerts. Chinese opera singer Zhang Jane sang her own rendition of the "Diva Dance," complete with a full orchestra, hitting every note almost perfectly without the help of a computer or digital aids. She even managed to sing some of the low notes. However, Dimash is the only male vocalist I know of who has performed the song exceptionally well, and in my humble opinion gave a superior performance.

Yes, it's from the movie The 5th Element with Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich and Gary Oldman? Eric Serra wrote this song for an extraterrestrial opera singer that was not singable by a human voice. Parts of it were computer generated. There a some female singer who performed this song, but in my opinion not as precise as Dimash. And he is a male! What fascinates me the most is, that he sang this song in his concert where he had already been on stage for almost 2 hours. Just unbelievabel🤯. There is another awesome version of Diva Dance. It’s called Drunken Concubine and it is from the Shanghai Spring Festival Gala in China. He sings with Li Yugang, a great Chinese Opera singer who usually plays a female in classic Peking opera. He is a very famous singer in China. That's why he's trained to sing so high. This nasal singing is traditional and he is a very famous singer in China. The two harmonize so well together. Diva dance is the imposible song fom the film The Fifth element, written to be sung by an extraterrestrial girl. Yes, the original in the movie used a lot of sampling playback of the singer's voice. To me, it seemed like there was occasionally more than one note at a time, as if the tubes in her head were making notes.

I only occasionally get songs blocked. It's normality just 48 hours after I dispute the claim, then it gets released, but sometimes it doesn't work. It's the music that triggers the Copyright claim...

The original featured parts that were synthesized & tbh did not sound very good & Dimash made some small changes to make those parts sound better (& they do)... Also, he omitted the aria that is at the beginning of the piece in the movie & I don't feel it's necessary.. this is small piece but it demonstrates Dimash's unparalleled vocal ability... it's just my personal opinion but I believe this particular concert Dimash's voice sound more powerful than at any other time before or since

Suggestion They don't care about the audio. Just put a photo out, we can imagine the rest. Some people putting it on the patreon for free, few even place it on website if they have any Else. Bitchute, Rumble etc. Link in the description. I don't want you to work hard for nothing

@szolanek thanks for the suggestion! A lot of my videos don't get monetization... but some do. I dispute all claims, that's all we can do as reactors. There are certain artists who I used to get released, but no longer do. If the Copyright claim is by "Matter" you pretty much know you won't get it. The block is another thing entirely. I had the "stranger" video up (after the 48 hour block) for a few days, but then they rejected my copyright claim and the block was put back on. Frustrating to say the least after all the time put in. Ren just put out a short video thanking all the reactors for pushing his music out to the world. I loved his music before and I think he's an even nicer human now! I'm wondering if the video others are doing of Stranger is from a different channel than the one I did. Some are less likely to ding you.

@@MrsRealistic It must be frustrating when your work is not appreciated, even blocked If you face too many issues, you can probably try a program or extension I have seen once. A lady used it unintentionally. It changed the picture slowly and faded it out for a few seconds in every 18 seconds or so. It wasn't disturbing. As with Dimash, I read about 20 seconds tolerance. If the program automatically does it, fine. Else, earlier I have seen Dimash and Diana videos turned into graphic looking version, by AI, I guess. I don't think it was a difficult program. Disturbance is easy. I hope you find a free but final solution. There is always one. Like I am in the middle of an hour interview between Jackson Hinkle with Zakharova. He is banned from YT and he is back! In other streams or in this one, uploaded by the Russian Foreign Ministry. Wow, they are not banned for misinformation ? 😂

@szolanek Yeah, a lot of things that you wouldn't think the powers that be would allow on KZfaq are up with no problems 😆 I just watched a reaction from a woman who had a pinned comment that she had had her reaction blocked before too. She didn't blur the video but cut out the very beginning with the amazing choir and instrument... but I don't think that's the issue. I think maybe she just got lucky. Hers was from 2 years ago. The guy you told me about only just uploaded his, so he might end up having it blocked again like I did. I blurred out my entire background and still had it blocked. Yes, it is very frustrating.

i think if you make the video smaller and yourself in the background, then you will to pass the filters easier. A Blind Reaction is all about facial expression. You should be bigger than what you are reacting to.. It doesn't have to be blind either. You can react to different aspects of the same video.

Unfortunately I can't do it without green screen, as we have no dedicated space to do the videos. So we have the green screen because we have my husbands office behind us LOL! Until we can afford a 5 bedroom house, it'll have to be done this way. I dream of one day having a "youtube" office...but we just don't have the space. It's usually the music that we deal with, not the video. Some of the reactions I've done were blocked, or had copyright claims, while my husbands weren't. It's a crap shoot really. LOL!
