That was me a year ago. I gave my life to Christ in January of 2019 but it was hard to build a true relationship with him because I always struggled with feelings of not being worthy of love but the 13th October 2019 God flooded my room with His love and I fell to my face He literally said I have to accept His love and I immediately obeyed.. the love He has is unfathomable and immeasurable. He took away my depression that I battled with for 6 years. For anyone that struggles with accepting Gods love remember that there is a reason why we are saved through grace. We will never be good enough for God’s love but we inherit it anyway because of who He is and not because of who we are. Something that help me in getting rid of the enemy’s thoughts is keeping my eyes on the cross remembering that Jesus has claimed my worth because of His sacrifice. The word of God will drown your insecurities keep meditating on it and wonders will be done for your heart. God bless you all brothers and sisters in Christ

Daar, I’m a woman from Belgium and just listened to this story. I tried for more than 20 years to please God to get my healing. He promised in His word to do so, people prayed and prophesyed healing over me so many times and al six of my children get healed on prayers, but I am still sick (My husband to). This morning I decided to stop searching for wath I am doing wrong, and let go. By hearing this story, I sas that I also tried to earn my healing by doing everything as good as possible to please God. But He just love me! It is by His mercy and grace, I don’t have to perform. I prayed with my whole heart the prayer I heard, and now I’m looking forward. Please pray that I can stay in that rest and trust Him. The other day, my three friends and I asked an older man to take a picture of us. After he was done he looked at us and said we looked good, then he proceeded to look at me and say “except for you. You’re ugly.... just kidding” Whether he was kidding or not, someone singling you out and saying you’re ugly is a blow to the heart. Especially when you’re already feeling down. I’m still trying to shake off the words of what he said but negativity really has a way of sticking around. I pray to fully accept my looks and myself

I had a very similar experience. Jesus revealed his love to me thru an amazing dream..and since then he has taken me down the road of healing step by step. Once he told me most of my heart was encased in like glass very cold and icy. But he was working on warming my heart and melting the ice with his love. :) So I would be able to love others.

When she said "I knew God was a good God and a Just God; I thought I was bad and that's why God wasn't helping me." These are the same thoughts I struggle with daily. I seek God, I pray every day -multiple times a day, I'm at church four times a week, yet I still have internal turmoil. There is something that I am not releasing, or not doing right to be able to be free in Jesus Christ.

By grace through faith that we have been saved. - In my opinion, we would more exactly know how great the grace after we have tried to put our efforts on being right in front of God. This woman also could know the grace after many efforts to be His side. This is not the always case, but our efforts are used as a great source for recognizing grace.

Sounds like she got involved in a legalistic or not orthodox Christian Bible teaching Church. We have to have the feeding and guidance of God's written word, and working through our salvation in Christ, with God, with the Holy Spirit's leading.
