Seriously carrying a baby for a long time really is a very tiring job despite their smoll weight, you should try, if you've got wife ,buy her a stroller and help her sometimes 😮 so their back can have a cooldown time

When my baby was able to walk, I stopped carrying him whenever it wasn't necessary, like him being exhausted, because my baby has to learn how to live his own life over the years, instead of getting carried around by his dad as a teenager. When he was afraid of a path or something it usually helped to take him by the hands and give him security. Just assuming that a man, who's a complete stranger to you, wouldn't help his wife raising and carrying the kids in the 21th century is just...meh. completely stupid. Comparing having kids to having a dog is even weirder. It just shows how cut off from reality you are. But yeah, if you aren't able to teach your dog how to use an escalator, but you still use it and choose to carry the dog instead, you probably shouldn't have kids at all. Just saying!

Escalaters are dangerous for dogs, children and the elderly. They don't have the dexterity to navigate the moving steps.

@@do.re.mi.2713 Because their nails can get caught in the stairs revolving at the top. I saw it happen at a department store. That poor dog was in agony!! A couple men grabbed ahold of the rubber railing coverings at each side and stopped the movement of the escalator until someone could shut off power to the escalator. I will never forget that poor sweet dog's screams.

Honestly, I wouldn't want to. I would be too worried their paws would get caught.

@@charlieb9064 Ive seen a lot of very brutal escalater videos from china that really escalated into a bloody brutal mess. I think the worst one ive seen was a granny having her entire leg mangled because something at the end broke and it kept going

One time my dad was wearing sandals got caught at the bottom of escalator got both toes cut into the spikes. Was bleeding everywhere with broken toe nail he ripped off a week later. On vacation in Washington D.C. back in 2017.

You can train them how to get on and out of them. On the other side she will get hernia soon if she isn't regular at the gym, 67 pounds is a looooooot to cary.

@@Latvijas_Amēlija no my husky is just too heavy for me plus I have achrophobia so i can only use escalator cautiously when I'm alone but I have to be very careful, and also I had a stroke more than a yr ago so might be risky too. But I used to carry my husky up and down my house' stairs until b4 he turned one coz he's terrified of it before, I had to teach him how to go down the stairs slowly.

@@veronica3662 Extremely rare, at least in the US, because of laws to protect the handicapped. You can't take a wheelchair or a walker on an escalator. Also, not great with strollers. She is in what looks like a modern building....mall or airport or something. They would have had an elevator.

@@All_glory_to_jesus_ I believe you. I just don't have a dog myself so I didn't know the right way and you seemed knowledgeable. I usually scoop my cats up and support their butts when I raise them, but they're way smaller/flexible and thus easier to lift.

Wow, that’s scary. I used to wonder if they were as safe as everyone seems to think they are. I’m a little unclear as to how your friend got the new finger. My grandfather, who was born around 1891, once almost severed his thumb in a work related accident. The doctor thought amputation was the best option until he found out Grandpa was a master carpenter. They ended up putting the thumb (still attached to the hand) into his stomach to heal. I think the rest of the hand remained outside of the stomach but I’m not sure. Stomach juices apparently have healing properties. I don’t know how long it took but they were able to save the thumb. It’s such an odd treatment but I knew my dad wouldn’t make up something like that. Many years after he told me about it I heard someone (I want to say it was Dr Oz) talking about a similar situation.

For an escalator to work for dogs steps would have to be much wider. The steps and have to be wide enough to accommodate the dogs putting all for paws on the step at once.
