Just warning you lance, as someone that works in a convalescent home, i have experience working with elderly diagnosed with dementia. Dementia is very serious and to me he showed obvious symptoms of dementia. He shouldnt be on the streets or alone. Not saying its your responsibility but someone should have called the authorities and give him the proper care.
