If you decide not to change your name to your husbands IT IS OKAY...! This notion that you can't travel... different names... blah blah blah. Changing your last name is a hassle, you have to get a new passport, driving licence... It's not a problem when you travel, you just have to take their birth certificates as both your names are on it... and they don't always check
