Nothing annoys me more at a car boot when some moron tries to buy something out of your hand or offer the seller more!! No etiquette & bang out of order!! I would absolutely never do that to another reseller even if it was something of mahoosive value, i would walk away ( & curse under my breath!! 🤣!) you win some , you lose some thats my attitude & the way it goes ....you handled that really well btw!!

The issue is resellers, the guy might of wanted it for himself instead he sees a reseller buying it so he offered more, there are no rules saying you can’t do that.

It does not matter if you are a reseller or a general bargain hunter to me it's to do with common courtesy & values which some people have zero of!! Have respect for others, you don't buy things out of people's hands that have already made a deal or are just about to purchase or offer seller more because you have a hissy fit that you didn't get there first!! For someone who has been doing this for 22 years I would be ashamed of myself if I behaved this way !! Oh I did behave this way once, the last person that did this to me I followed him around & did exactly to him as he did to me on everything he went to purchase, guess what??? He did NOT like it one bit!!! Are you surprised to hear that??? Lol 😂..
