You clearly don’t understand the csgo skin market so I’ll explain it to you. This isn’t an NFT because their value is based upon hype of an item and not actual supply and demand. csgo items are fueled by opening cases which are purchased with keys that go to steams wallet. The product of paying for it is an item you recieve for paying the $2.50 to steam. Most of the time it’s worth less than the $2.50 but sometimes you get a really rare item from the case drop. This translates to a system of supply and demand where an items worth is based off of how rare it is and how much people are willing to pay for it.

You can pay 1000$ to have an incredibly rare item just to have a bit more fun in a game, then when you're done you can resell it for maybe 1050$ if you find a good buyer. Better yet you can hold on to it and with a bit of patience its inevitably going to increase. I for example invested around 500$ in a variety of items back in 2015. I sold them for around 7k in 2019. Today that would give me nearly 20k. CSGO skins are not skins, they're basically safer NFTS
