And I'm not saying all homes.People have a substance abuse problem that I set out to understand why so many homeless people have pets and what I came to the realization and true facts was that they were supporting their drug habit by using that animal. It's not good AT ALL & I could give details. Yes, I Agree. That being said I know for a fact that there are some out there that, that animal keeps them alive. Little old man, Dog was everything his life 🕯candel in the dark.

Dude I'm around a tremendous amount of homeless people who have drug habits and have dogs and I can tell you I have not known one single person to have a dog with the intention of using it to panhandle for drug money I think you were going way out by saying that and acting like there's a large amount of people doing that that is absolutely absurd people have dogs for companionship and they take better care of their dogs than they do themselves they put them first and make sure they always have what they need even if they don't personally have what they need themselves. ​@@selfesteem3447

YES! I helped my homeless cousin and wife get his birth certificate and IDs. So important. An ID, a phone, and an address for mail!

Weird how yous need ID to get a job and house. In Scotland we only need ID to fly on holiday and drive a car, Only thing we need for a job is our national insurance number And a bank statement with your last 5 wages to prove your income if you want to buy a house.

Where I live you need photo ID to enter a pot store.

I'm with you! People don't even understand that once you, do get clean, it's the steps that come next that has made a lot of folks say F it and use. It can be done! We all have to remember to keep pushing through. A lot are starting from zero, or a lot less than when they left their parents.

You have to have identification to get a job or to even go to the doctor

And a motel room!

The VAST majority of our homeless are disabled or elderly. (90%+)

But they're all deploreables and never do. It's a disgrace.

​@@4-Methylaminorex​ I'm 16, I was born into a poor family. My family has gone homeless multiple times trying to care for us and themselves yet they have jobs and work nonstop. Some people are simply unlucky, my parents are unlucky as for some reason the world doesn't treat them kindly. I have that unluckiness as well, everywhere I go I'm treated badly and I've never has a best friend although I'm social and kind. Nuerological conditions run in my family, support is too expensive though. We behave and think differently, because of that we're mocked and seen as monsters. I'm insulted daily, I'm harassed daily, I'm called names, I'm forced to drop out of school because of the way I'm treated therefore I'll never earn any jobs that require graduation. I can't go back to school, it's too dangerous for me. People who are poor may have never had the option to do otherwise or lack support. These people are providing them with the help they've needed for years, with that help, with the world finally being kind for them may they actually live like a regular human being.

He’s probably happier than most too. Once you’ve lived rough you realise all the 💩 you can go without and what an adventure the day to day is.

I believe that iv been homeless twice do to cancer and health issues drugs alcohol abuse was never apart of my life. But everytime I had to start over I wished I had way less stuff. Believe it or not both times I lost my home I had to leave so much behind . And here I am again with a bunch of crap I don't need.
