This poor dog was found emaciated, locked in a kennel and thrown away in a dumpster like trash.
We’ve instructed the life-saving finder to take him him to the emergency vet!
His blood panel is good and his organs are fully functioning.
His parvo test was negative and he’s eating food as fast as it’s put in front of him.
His condition is because of starvation. Cruel. Purposeful. Starvation.
