Kissing a Jew? You mean Jewish. The fact is Jews are biblical people who have lost their identity and Jewish are converts that converted to a religion/Judaism. Jewish Israeli historians Shlomo Sand and Ilan Pappe made it very clear that Jewish people aren't the bloodline descendants from the biblical Jews but are converts that converted to Judaism in the mid 19th century and furthermore never exiled from Palestine. Also Jewish author Arthur Koestler wrote a book "The 13th Tribe" stating very clearly that Jewish people are not from the 12 tribes of Israel but are from the war tribe of "Khazaria" which is Ukraine... this is where Jewish people originated from not Palestine.

I try to imagine the fine line that Schindler must have walked between his genuine desire to his fellow human beings and the realization that he must appear completely indifferent to their suffering or risk not only his life or his family's, but also theirs. The director is Steven Spielberg. This is one of almost a dozen movies he made over his career that addressed WWII, or elements of it in some fashion. He was intent on recreating the actions and situations of those who were perpetrators of these horrible crimes against humanity and those who were working at odds against them, without alienating the current generation or passing judgement on the previous one.

Algorithms push a ziocentric bias, anyone seeing a Jewish made film is experiencing propaganda to shape one's perception of historical reality. It's a film loosely based on real events, funny how you dont see algorithms pushing the atrocities committed by the Russians once they arrived in Germany, the millions of rapes including children the 10s of thousands murdered violently and brutally by the incoming Jewish reds! The Russian revolution was a Jewish revolution and Germany knew that the jews were ready to take Germany like they did Russia, that is the crux of why Hitler didn't like the jews, that plus the Balfore declaration that sold ww1 Germany out by German Jews for the procurement of Palestine.

Well, the filmmakers made the conscious decision that they were going to have to play down some of Goeth's actual atrocities because they thought it would strain the audience's sense of credulity to present them. What they did include was freaking scary enough. Goeth was terrifying, a true psychopath. Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes became close friends while making this movie. Reportedly Liam tried to comfort Ralph when he lost the Best Supporting Actor Oscar by telling him if he had won Ralph would be typecast as a Nazi forever. Fortunately Ralph managed to avoid that dilemma.

I read at the time of the film's release that Ralph had a bit of counseling after shooting SL because living in Goeth's head for so many weeks was very draining. Ralph is a quiet and intellectual man and he also has Eastern European relatives. I salute the courage it took for such a young actor (he was 32 at the time) to step in and plumb the layers of that role. I hope he will always be proud of the work he did, it's an extraordinary, riveting performance.

I saw this film when it was in theaters. A very old lady sitting behind my girlfriend and I was talking to her friend, saying things like “That’s what X was like, except it was much bigger/smaller/whatever.” She was obviously a survivor of the Holocaust. After the film was over, you could have heard a pin drop in the packed theater. Everyone just got up and left slowly. We were all numb. It was quite an experience, and a testament to Spielberg’s talent that he could portray such a horrific event in history with such detail and authenticity. The memory of old lady who sat behind us still haunts me.

We finished watching Schindler's list after 2 days in history class. I asked my history teacher if the senseless killings were real, " how could they value human lives cheaper than of animals?". At the bottom of it was Jew hatred, a hatred that was founded not on what the Jews did but on something more subliminal, something demonically inspired. But whatever the extent of Nazis hatred, it pales in comparison to that of Islam and of Moslems. Sadly, you westerners are going to have front seat view of the next holocaust when it plays out.

It's a really good insight into human cruelty and barbarism... The film is incredible easily 11/10 it's a rollercoaster of emotions, also another film called "The Grey Zone" is about death camp workers who collected all the possessions from those killed (including the gold from the teeth of the dead) it's extremely graphic in some cases, shows quite literally what was going on...

Such a weird feeling trying to understand what Amon must be really thinking inside...disgust? curiosity? a moment of guilt and self reflection? This moment must have had an impression because he later tries to practice 'mercy' (though fails miserably). Amon's twisted mind couldn't grasp it.
@TheNordicBrotherhood
@TheNordicBrotherhood Жыл бұрын
I think in the film atleast Amon admired Schindler and thought he could be more like him, but was unable to be as charismatic and likable and just thought "fuck it" when the mercy approach didn't work as well as he would have hoped. I think he still was a bit jealous of Schindler's ability even when he quit trying to do the same.
