This movie humbled me, my neighbor had offended me and I still went on my knees to ask her for forgiveness but after that I wasn't happy cos I felt I was the one that was offended and I had to beg, I have been angry for days but haven't just completed this movie I just realized their is more to practicing Christianity to what we are doing, I keep saying Lord give me this kind of grace.

Then the change of heart of the woman who ask for forgiveness from the man who assaulted her . Also the humility she show by wiping his feet. I immediately thought about Jesus. This is a powerful movie on so many levels . Its not a movie about just forgiveness . Yes we can do that and it is very very difficult sometimes . However as Christians we endeavour to do as Christ has asked us , but its what happened after that, that astounded me . She could have forgiven him in her heart and walked away , but look what took place directly after . Its almost as if the very spirit of the Lord had infused her being , she begins to feed her attacker then wash his feet and nurture him back to strength and health . Unbelievable . Forgiveness seems only part of it here really doesn't it , for she shows GOD'S UNCONDITIONAL LOVE TO HIM completely . Perhaps most of us would be willing to forgive, but I suspect that would be as far as we would take it . What we see here though in this amazing movie is the pure unadulterated love of the Father in action, we see God's mercy and amazing grace now within this woman . That is bewildering to me . She forgives and then proceeds to feed and clean and heal and love that man. I don't think anyone can do that unless the spirit of the living God is literally within them . This movie would make a brilliant topic for a Bible study group . Honestly my mind is still spinning having watched this film . Thank you for it .

The scene where the parents are trying to get the kids to pray should remind us why so many of our kids are depressed. They don't take their blessings seriously. We have SO MUCH in this country! Wouldn't it be great if all kids learned to thank God from a very young age??
