Some of the deaths were definitely a throw, but his team did absolutely nothing but turtle waiting for talon to dive first the entire game. Even when baus would have a huge engage, giving his team plenty of time beforehand to prepare to follow, they sat back and did nothing cause they waited for talon. Don't get me wrong, baus had a bad game, but this is definitely not ban worthy. He just got unlucky to be queued with a double adc pick and ivern jungle. They lost this from champ select.

lmao, i play in high gold/low plat and i report pretty much all 4 teammates every game. every time i log on, i'll have to click through 2 or 3 hundred chat reports, maybe 2 or 3 feedbacks for greifers. i feel like the report system has balance changes for every bracket, these poor bronze players greif every game they queue up for

If the conclusive outcome was that blue side could not get anything done, even around baus' playmaking attempts, I think he should be forgiven the bet. One of the biggest strengths of ivern is being able to shadow lanes, preventing successful enemy ganks. I didn't keep track, but it didn't seem like Ivern was really playing to his champion's strengths. Pair this with a team too stubborn to forfeit a lost game or to try to make something out of baus' playmaking attempts during teamfights, and I really think the temp suspension is excessive -- the deaths didn't cause his team to not get any kills or objectives for twenty minutes, when Baus was the one to actually secure an objective bounty and create several opportunities for his team before the game just got out of hand. He definitely made too many mistakes, but imo, not really relevant if his team wasn't even playing to win -- in this case, everything looks like a mistake, even the right decision.

This ban is the reason why soft inting is literally encouraged by Riot. If you can't make high percentage plays to come back, just sit in your base and at least you CAN go next.
