Two-a-day workouts are not for the weak...JP here is prepping for his next season on RuPaul's Drag Race and was definitely overdue for an adjustment. It didn't feel the best during, but he felt a lot better after :)

My chiro appt today was great! I was loose for a few hours but the shoulder pain came back. I am kinda used to it. Gonna get a little rubber ball at dollar tree cause a tennis ball hurts too much to rub against on the wall.

Chiropractic inversion tables work wonders! You don't have to pay 50 bucks for one adjustment three times a week! What you do got to learn how to use it, you're not going to hang on it for 1 minute once every 3 days and expect a miracle! However I hang on it for 2 to 3 minutes 5 6 times a day, my back is better now than going to a chiropractor three times a week!
