I have a doubt Even after gasket is used also both flanges are connected with nut and bolt. Which makes the loop as conductive. But also we are using Earth Jumpers, What is the reason?Help me with a appropriate formula.

Dear Lot of incidents have taken place where due to rusting issues Charges are getting accumulated and incidents have taken place.So we use earthing wires.
