sir just want to ask during exam after 2 or 3 hr start pain in headache at that that what can we do to release the pain....

it is tension headache; for immediate relief paracetamol

Sir,plz tell me aspirin Is good for Headache or paracetamol.Because yesterday my presentation was on primary headache and its management sir during my presentation I have shown that paracetamol is being used as a primary choice for patients of typical headache.But my teachers used to call it complete bull shit..and they disagreed with my presentation.Goodman Gillman,Kd tripathi,Harrison Book of medicine Sab yahi kehti Hai.now what can I do sir?

aspirin is better analgesic than paracetamol;however each patient has their own preference also!
