I lived in New Orleans and worked in the Quarter for 10yrs. I'm shocked that they had the Mardi Gras with the Covid-19 going on. I'm sure thats why they got hit so bad smh... BUT I guess I got to remember that the city survives off of tourism. I remember how hard everyone struggled after Katrina and Rita. No events, No money for the city.
