Yeah and also this device interrupt natural growth of the face and upper arch could be to small and narrow for teeth. Is there any device that expands and pull lower jaw forward?

I have that with upper and lower expander, braces, forsus and rubber band. The headgear I have been wearing it for 1 year and 8 months and I am missing 1 year more, the upper expander I have been having it for 2 years and I am missing 5 months, the lower expander I have been wearing it for 2 years and 3 months and I am missing 10 months, the braces I have been wearing them for 1 years and 9 months and I am missing like 4 years and 3 months and the forsus I have been wearing them for 1 year and 8 months and I am missing 4 years and 3 months.i am going to have a 6 year treatment because I had a 25 mm overjet and 4 extra teeth 2 in the upper and 2 on the lower, and my Palate was very very small.
