I worked before as Legal/Secretary Clerk from my first cousin's law office, I am not generally judging that lawyers were all liars, yet as part of their job as Depender of their client's case, they can twisted what is right from wrong in order to win the case of their client..Quiboloy is still innocent until it is proven to be found he is guilty of those evidence presented on the accusations against him..Why he keep on hiding to depend himself of those accusations against him.. This is my first time to hear from this so called influential billionaire person who claimed himself as the Appointed Son of God by giving a set of conditions before he will surrender himself to law enforcement..He was the ones who think himself that he might be killed or be assassinated once he give himself to the law enforcement....As a Leader of your KOJC you have to set a good example to your followers to be submissive to the authority when you think to yourself that you are not truly guilty of these accusations against you...

Office of Davao, it was dismissed, the motion for recon was also dismissed, the complainant went on appeal to the DOJ, during the whole term of Digong for six years, the case slumbered in the DOJ, doon inamag, nilumot, kinalawang nag caso until now that Digong is out the DOJ ruled that the Davao Fiscal is wrong and that the case should be filed in court. And now, the good dean, feigning unjustly wronged files a motion to quash warrant, for the reason that his client has been unjustly denied his constitutional right to speedy trial. If he is not guilty, he should face the courts, if he has nothing to hide. And you are wrong when you say that the charges were filed by individuals in the US. Even if the individual did not file a case, the FBI by law on its own capacity can file the case and that is what is happening now.
