But the hospital moment was very wholesome and felt like a fresh start for Mike and Alex. And since now we know who the vengeful spirit is, there bound to be a new issue to come…

I’m so glad Micheal finally released he’s been a total pain. I understand why not wanting to be better is unappealing. It’s terrifying to change, especially when being terrible to others is most your life. This is a chance for Micheal to recover & be a better person. Mike being the vengeful spirit is something that surprised me to say the least. But I do think he’s vengeful against William & Evan. He’s simply more vocal abt William than he is Evan. But I also think he’s vengeful against himself. In nearly every situation, he holds himself accountable. Knowing that truly in most cases, it isn’t anywhere near his fault. But it’s surely a good character choice. But also development. I’ve never been this proud of Mike in this AU. Truth be told, I found him annoying. Another character being angry at William for me to crap on…Until I saw this. Micheal while yes, holding himself accountable, never made an effort to restart & now he is. If he gets revenge on Evan or William then so be it.

Omg go Michael!! That was so fucking beautiful I can't I was so afraid he'd get worse, but it finally feels like he's on track. I really liked how Cassidy consoled Elizabeth. The poor girl only wants to be loved and taken seriously. Maybe with expanding her circle with Cassidy and possibly also the missing children, she will be able to find a group that will love and appreciate her exactly the way she is. I think that's Michael subconsciousness who was speaking to him. Either that or the vengeful side of him. Whoever or whatever it was, it probably helped Michael see that really isn't alone and like Jessica told him before he doesn't need to "fix" himself but to rebuild himself up. And now he's a bit more open to himself and others. Hopefully, with the help of Alex, Naomi, Terrance & Elizabeth he can build a new version of himself And I hope the confrontation between Cassidy & co and Michael won't be too hard on anyone in general.

You know I’ve noticed nobody is asking. . . WHY IS HE/ WHAT IS the reason for him being a vengeful spirit perhaps? So, to answer that question I’ve come up with maybe a theory. Since vengeful spirits often seek vengeance (of course), I believe he is a vengeful spirit because it could be towards his family relationships specifically, William in particular as Michael was always mistreated by him (based off of lore wise), OR another theory is that he is a vengeful spirit perhaps because he has suffered to such a degree it will all eventually end up in his suffering becoming fuel to make other people suffer and that’s why he is the vengeful spirit (tho, so far he hasn’t done anything to do that so mainly a hunch), but I’m curious that if that’s the scenario that were to play out, what would cause his breaking point? It’s interesting to think about, I quite like this Afton AU as it feels like we learn more with the characters as we come up with our own theories or ideas for how the plot will turn out!

It's interesting that this is the first video that I think really has Michael acknowledge that Evan is just using him, and that he *knows* Evan is just using him. I know there's other things that i could go over and comment on (some of my comments looks more like essays, especially on Day's videos) but... it's just interesting how Michael acts and talks when he's too tired to care about keeping up appearances, and when he thinks he has full freedom to say whatever he wants without people watching or without people taking offense (Evan, specifically) to what he says. He's so brutally honest that, frankly speaking? He almost seems to be doing better in the middle of a breakdown than he does interacting with most of his family, because he's admitting that he's hurt, that all he wants is for the pain to stop, and above all else, *admitting that he's not at fault* however indirectly (He knows Evan is using him, which means he also knows/thinks that this *isn't* some kind of "i deserve this" or "i owe it to him" scenario). Just for the sake of not focusing on only one part... Michael is a vengeful spirit with three potential targets. William, for denying Michael his eternal fate (by sticking his soul into funtime foxy). Evan, for what he did to Michael between Evan's death and Michael's death. Michael himself (less likely, with what we know now) due to his overwhelming self-doubt/self-hatred/etc. Edit: just realized, since we figure out who the voice is later, they've been doing a lot for Michael and his mental health/stability, so I think they are definitely on his side, no point going this far to help someone if you don't want to keep them together mentally (essentially, i dont think this is a thing of "im going to help put you back together so that i can take advantage of the weaknesses and your trust in me later.")

I enjoyed watching all the drama (bc I’m just- weird idk) but it’s actually kinda nice to see michael getting a break for once. I’m glad he’s trying to get better, and maybe try to fix his relationship with his partners and possibly even his family. Edit: This video could not have come at a better time because I feel like garbage because of a medical thing and I genuinely felt better after watching this. WAIT! I remembered in the Lie detector vid we found out that it wasnt Michael's fault Evan died. I watched the video again and Michael said, "Yes(referibg to forgiving Evan), after all it was my fault." HOWEVER!!! In response the room turned orange which we were told mean a half truth i.e. he did forgive Evan but *Evan's death wasn't entirelyhis fault.* Going with this theory we can assume that there is another candidate to whom Michael is vengeful. I definitely expected the vengeful spirit, I mean, Cass said that the eyes were EXCLUSIVE to vengeful spirits, and then Liz said HE, AWAY FOR DAYS which also hint at it, I keep seeing everyone say that the vengeance is against William, Evan, Terrence, and/or himself. I believe it is only William and himself, I just got off the lie detector for this channel and he definitely forgives Terrence and Evan, just he denies that his own death wasn't his fault at all when told he had also said he'd never forgive William... Soooo yeah!
