So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad...

I just realized today that I've subconsciously hit the pause button on living a full life due to trauma & fear. I'm so glad this video popped up when I searched YT- it was just what I needed: individual trauma, collective trauma & ancestral trauma in one relevant tapping session. Thanks for this session!

Wow! I’ve had major medical issues due to the FDA and doctors lying to me for nearly 10 years. I found the cause but couldn’t heal. I was holding on to the pain, trauma and anger and it was inhibiting healing until I did this last week and let it all go. It does not change my story to let it go. Changed my life overnight . I’m a true believer .

This came at the perfect time. I struggle with withholding from myself because of childhood neglect and trauma. I neglect myself the way my parents did. There’s a lot of anger and resentment. I recognized, at some point, holding on was like a badge of honor. If I let it go, who is the witness to my suffering. No one else cared. But that backfires and I just perpetually suffer. This video helped me come up with words for letting that go. I know I can’t suffer enough to save someone else from suffering. But, I can’t suffer enough to punish them either. And I didn’t understand that was what I was doing. Thank you.

Holy crap Brad!! And I mean ‘crap’ in the most amazing way now!😂 On a morning when I awoke with even more clarity on the weight of the pain I’ve carried for my family(my Mum specifically) all these years, I get a 👍 on my comment on this video - the first piece of magic! Then I re-Tap this video again just now, and woaw....full on shifting, healing tears the whole way through! I had to stop it a few times to feel it all and take it all in 🥰 It was your comment “ All there is, is the trauma I am holding now, and I GET TO HEAL IT!” is what seriously opened the flood gates 🥰 And holy crap again! Literally as I’m here typing this comment to you, another YT notification comes on my phone of a comment I left on ‘Issues with Mum’ video: “ I don’t have to heal Mum’s heart to heal my own”. 🤯 Totally freaking out in all this magic! ❤️🥰💜😍 I CANNOT WAIT to continue this amazing shifting in your workshop. And imagining what my life can be after I lighten this load is crazy exciting ahhh !!!

I've been using this video since you posted it (on and off). Im healing from what i'm sure is generational narcissist/co-dependent relationships. It really hits all the points. I'm mad at what I had to indore but see that it was trauma that caused the trauma and the only way to stop the cycle is to heal myself.

This video has helped me immensely in healing through a recent trauma. It worked like magic, I did three rounds of EFT. During the first round itself, cried out and started letting go of the suppressed emotions and feelings. The second and third round further helped me in the healing. I'm immensely grateful to you Brad for sharing such valuable and amazing content. You are a godsend. I wish you the very best in everything that you do. Hi Brad, i'm 28F from the UK whos had chronic pain and over 30 different 'medical' diagnoses for most of my life from my nervous system. Took me a couple of years and the right neurologist to find out its from trauma and stress. I've been doing your tapping for the past week, and I am feeling a lot better it is amazing to me. Especially fond of your suffering to punish others and taking responsibility for your own health videos. Wanted to thank you personally. Thank you!

So LOVE LOVE this one!! Well done with it my friend ❤️ The two most healing things I’ve learned about healing ancestral trauma is that one, our ancestors don’t want us to suffer and hold onto their pain. And two, when we ‘stop the trauma train’ 🚂, when we heal our soul’s, we help our ancestors heal as well....so magical, so amazing 🥰

I did this video because the narc keeps attacking me and my thoughts started to run away with me. While I was doing it the desire for justice came up and I was angry that he will get away with everything. Then through the tapping I remembered that I am his karma. The more I heal the more he will have to face himself and heal. Every single tap is felt by him as I detach and work through all he has done and is doing. He will have to watch me succeed and be happy which will destroy him and hopefully that will make him make some changes but it’s not my problem.

OH WOW! Came across this today after a night/morning of sobbing my heart out. I have been feeling quite unwell so that didn't help things along either. I had no energy and just wanted to fade away in my bedroom. Anyways I must have done 4 straight off the bat of this tapping and I was sobbing and it's crazy because just like that my sadness disappeared and energy came out of nowhere! I leapt out of bed and instantly started blitzing my entire home and continued blitzing for well over 7+ hours. 😂 I feel so at peace now over the trauma I was revisiting, I know I have more to go but this is something else and I'm so thrilled to feel the way I do. So it's late in the evening now and I'm back in my bed feeling very pleased with myself and just done another session of tapping. Guess I will be a daily tapping visitor and am thrilled the universe sent you to me. Thank you! ❤

Thank you so much for this, Brad! I was searching through EFT sessions on anger about a month ago and found a video by Stefan Gonick in which he talked about people not being able to release anger. He found with his clients that a common thread was that they were holding onto anger to make people accountable for what they had done. It deeply resonated with me. Stefan doesn’t offer guided eft sessions on You Tube and his main focus is romantic relationships. He just explained in the video how to tap through it. I did use that a few times and it was good. However, having a guided session feels way more helpful to me, especially as I am a newbie. I feel so fortunate to have found that you incorporated this into this tap!!! I’ve been a professional champion at holding onto anger for many years, over all that has happened to me. I have only been tapping a few months. I have experienced profound shifts in behavior and also in internal feeling. I am very grateful that I found this one today! Thanks for all you do here

Thank you Brad, I'm trying to release the anger towards my wife lately. I think in my case it is hard to release it because of what you said. " If I release the pain I have towards her, she won't regret anything about her behaviour and she will go on making me suffer". I know it's hard to forgive but I also know that this is primordial to release the pain. Brad thank you, I love the way you let me see , what's behind the pain I'm suffering

Thank you so much, Brad, this hits home for me so much. I love the way in which you keep it real and you say things that validate the reasons *why* we could be holding on to this. My immediate family was highly dysfunctional, full of neurosis and abuse. Though my own parents would never tell me anything substantial about what they know/had experienced in their childhoods . . . Because they were so busy passing it on. . . I do know I come from a Jewish lineage of victims & survivors of the Holocaust. Very grateful to have found you ❤

I'm lost for words. I followed your method to the letter and when I was done, well, I was a little confused as to where the anxiety had gone. It was wonderfully weird. Thank you.

when i was a child i was very paranormally aware. we lived in many different houses as a child and i often wondered how every house we lived in was haunted, not realizing i was just a medium. i just had a childhood memory of a very traumatic experience that i feel led to share. this video just helped me process so much and i am so grateful. i feel this is the time to just type the experience out in full. i’ve never journaled about it before. trigger warning: stop here if you don’t want to read about a scary paranormal experience. when i was around the age of 12/13, i know this because i got my first period in this home… we rented a home in doswell, va. it was pretty far off the beaten path and nestled up to acres of forest, which me and my siblings all explored often. my bedroom was actually the dining room, just converted to accommodate all of us. people would have to walk through my room to get from the kitchen to the living room, it was always a bit frustrating. there was a door to the kitchen but no door into the living room. my bed square where the dining room was previously. i knew this because i saw a vision of it there. dark wooden. i always just knew things. i thought everyone knew things like this. i was so confused. so one night as i was sleeping something woke me up. idk if i can continue actually. i may need to do this video again. my body is already tightening.

okay. round two. i was asleep and something woke me up. it whistled at me. pure terror as i was frozen. paralyzed with fear that i’m hearing a whistle from a dark corner of my bedroom, near the door. then, my door slammed shut. i was under my blanket screaming. i don’t remember if i screamed for my mom or dad or if i just screamed for help, or just screamed. it was one of the most intense experiences i had up to that point. at least that i can remember now. memories do keep popping up the more i’m on this healing journey. my dad makes his way very rapidly and tries to open the door. he says to unlock it. i scream. idk what i scream but i don’t even know if this door has the ability to lock? i’m just so full of fear it’s eating me. under the blankets. idk if i even prayed. it’s very blurry. my dad busts the door down by force and splits the wood. my parents are there both praying and commanding whatever is in that house to leave. they are christian ministers at this point. we’ve had a lot of spiritual stuff happen like this so they went all in to learn how to handle it. eft tapping has greatly helped them both as well. my mom and i share your videos. thank you for these videos and this space to finally release this. it was triggered just a few moments ago. i’m up late cleaning and organizing. i have two small kids and i sometimes need this time alone. i journal and meditate and clean. heal. read. anyway, my son was snoring and i was in my closet, it came out of him like a whistle at one point and i was immediately transported to that moment in my life. in that house and that bed. my body lit on fire in a trauma response. i started praying immediately. unsure if i’m having another visitation or what is happening. i tried to call my mom, then my dad, for support then i thought of this video. i was able to regulate. you are a divine being brad. truly. you are heaven sent for us. ♾ peace to you in all timelines across infinity, from the beginning to the end. you are blessed. 🙏🏼

Hi, Brad. I've been following you for about 12 years now. Your videos are amazing. I found this video via the comments of another video where you recommended someone to watch this. Last week, I tapped thru it for the first time and sobbed thru the whole video. I had to do 3 rounds to get the charge down to 0. I've completed 3 sessions as of today and am feeling so much better. Each time I start, the charge is less. Even my coach said she felt my vibration being lighter. Thank you for all you do and for all these years of generosity and healing. You are an earth angel. ❤
