Lovely vid, Beverley! It's great to hear how everything is going with your new lifestyle. I'm so pleased to hear you're prioritising your health & pacing as carefully as you can. Hi Beverly thank you for the update on how you're doing this is 24/7 in pain but I am struggling but still doing little by little in a lot of pain cuz you know how pain can be and I had my headaches too so I understand you with the headache take care my dear and enjoy the time each day is precious each moment each minute each second kiss enjoy it all I don't believe😇🐕🐩🥞

Yes life is so precious I definitely feel that and I never want to lose a moment that’s why I try not to let things hold me back we have to fight for what is important to us xx

I had horrible stomach pain for years then I stopped eating grains and the pain went away. So maybe it's a food allergy. Don't worry about making videos on a schedule, just do it when you feel up to it. Hugs.

Yeah I’m assuming it’s something like that, I don’t deviate on my food often but the pain comes and goes without reason it’s so strange. However did improve when I stop eating seeds and such a big difference I wasn’t told about that being part of having my gallbladder removed xx

Would you mother be open to having people in to help her? You should be your number 1 priority. Please look after yourself. My health has been an issue the last 5 weeks but I feel ok about it.

Yes she would but she doesn’t need a lot of care yet just helping her put her shoes on and stuff so I can do that xx
