So when you answered yes to the question did you provide your English test details in previous application.....did you mean you had submitted it for previous visa or that you have submitted for your GMC registration?

Hi Laura. Sorry, that's a question for the lawyers. If at any point during the application they ask have you been denied entry into a country then I imagine answering honestly will be the right thing to do. But I would suggest asking a lawyer for professional advise on how to go about it.

Secondly, you can only use oet for this visa if that is what you used to obtain full gmc registration. That is my understanding based on personal experience. It's alright to travel on a date after your start date. You don't actually have to start on the same date as mentioned on your CoS.

Both CoS should have the number mentioned on them. You should be able to check. Generally one would use just one CoS to apply for the visa. But if your situation is a bit unusual or complicated then speaking to an immigration lawyer would be prudent.

You could mention it in your cover letter. But please note that the dependent visa application is different from health and care worker visa application.

You just apply for a job. Once the employer gives you the role they will provide you with a certificate of sponsorship.
