Welcome to this Health Anxiety Meditation Hypnosis to provide relief from anxiety and calm your Hypochondria. This meditation for health anxiety will help you if you are find yourself worrying excessively about your health. This health meditation and hypnosis has been designed to help you relax and put your mind at ease think more rationally and see life from a different perspective. If you suffer from health anxiety they try to practice daily use of hypnosis and over time your symptoms of your health anxiety will reduce and become manageable.

I suffer horribly almost nightly. I fear evenings because I know what I’m going to go through. Tonight it’s been all about headaches, head pressure and dizziness, I always feel like I’m about to die. Or my brain is going to explode, This was extremely helpful. Thank you so much for this.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Most woman wirh anxiety seriously lack magnesium and vitb1 ...get those. Take them around 6pm. 1 big teaspoon of the vitb1 (nutritional Yeast flakes) and about 3-400mg of magnesium powder in water. Trust me you'll feel so much better.

Im just a KID. I'm not supposed to suffer from health anxiety, I'm supposed to be happy! But I'm not. Health anxiety got severe cause I'm really scared my vision will get bad but I'm Scared to tell my parents, my mom would worry and my dad would get mad. That's a forever thing that would happen forever. The therapy helped though, thanks you really helped

It is must be so hard dealing with that anxiety Lily. You should speak to someone you feel comfortable talking with about it just to get a different perspective and insight. I am glad though the recording helped you

IFirst time listen this morning. I am waiting for 2 hospital procedures to see what is causing my abdominal pains. I am trying to focus on positive things and try not to be consumed by fear and anxiety. This really helped me this morning when i was at my worst. Thank you Tansy.

I've recently come across this video and wow, what a huge sigh of relief... I'm clearly not alone with this horrible form of anxiety. I religiously listen to this at night as it's the only thing to help settle my mind; I'm glad it's here for us all to use/listen to. @@jessicag2564 have u tried vit b1...nutritional yeast before bed and 1 top magnesium powder? I had crazy panic attacks and anxiety morning mid day..night etc etc. Also have health anxiety. But this night combo of vitb1 yeast...with magnesium. I barely have panic attacks anymore. I sleep and my brain isn't as fogged!!

I am seriously glad to know that im not alone. I hyperfixate on everything going on in my body. Ive had bronchitis and convincing myself im having a heart attack or lung cancer. Ive been to the emergency room. Im going back to the doctor tomorrow. I am driving myself crazy. It has been so rough.😢

Boy I really needed this. I had major surgery to fix a digestive issue, 3 months ago. Ever since then I'm terrified every time I feel the slightest stomach pain. So in my case it's not just worrying about what might happen, it's something that in fact HAS happened. At least I know what to recognize. But I was having a bad day yesterday and I listened to your meditation (after taking some tylenol) and the meditation and resulting nap was exactly what I needed! I look forward to trying many more of your hypnosis videos for my severe anxiety!

I am constantly convinced I am dying, I am so worried, I could only get 5 minutes in to this before I had a panic attack, I always feel like I could just fall over at any second and die, it’s debilitating, but I’m going to try get through this full video by the end of the week

Hi Tansy I have going through this forever. I am 19 going on 20 in a month and I have been going through this probably since I was 10 getting sick and thinking I was gonna die . Than it perpetuated worse when I got knee surgery when I was 14 years old with football.. I am very tired of worrying, when I am not worried and it’s very seldom that I am not thinking about my breathing or worrying cause I have a pain or a headache. Not worrying is amazing I swear food tastes better, I can actually enjoy things, I am happy! It’s amazing I just want to be able to be happy. I am on day 7 of coming off vaping recreational an I’m done with that also. I’m gonna start to say affirmations every morning.

This has way too much emphasis on the negative habits. Hypnosis should use positive language. This just repeats all the negative things sufferers do and reminds you about them first. Gives you anxiety!

@@ABC-li4he I understand so much. You’ve just got to remember you see things a different way to people, you’re extra cautious and there’s nothing wrong about that. Any way you see the world is beautiful and if it scares you that’s okay too. Don’t call anything nothing, because it means something to you. Just remember to tell yourself that you’re safe, you’re not somewhere else doing something else, you are in your space and you are safe. Ask for close friends assurance that’s what helps me. :)

Hi Amalia, yes of course. Sometimes it's hard to balance the sounds levels with voice and music to ensure both are balanced. I do agree with you that this one is a bit quite though, hopefully my newer recordings are louder for you?

Hello there. I started to watch your video and I do love your very slow and calming voice. It helped me relax from the start. But I hope you don’t mind if I say some constructive feedback. This is by no means coming from an ill mannered place. And I know everyone reacts differently and I’m sure your video really touched so many people! But there were some points that kind of threw me off. So if I may, Maybe the boat imagery might make some people feel uncomfortable because it actually made me feel nauseous since I have motion sickness in boats. And hearing “rocking back and forth back and forth” made me feel pretty sick. The countdown was very difficult because there wasn’t any space for me to focus on that as you continued to talk. And the focus on the negative traits we already have as people with health anxiety, that was too long and almost felt like I was being scolded for it. It made me feel guilty as the reminder of how we shouldn’t be doing that kept going on for a bit. So I unfortunately had to turn it off as it was making me feel worse. I’m just one persons opinion. But thought I would share. Cheers

Please Tansy I do go to the worst case scenario a lot but I do have pretty serious health issues. Is there a hypnosis that can help? I’ve done many of yours and I love them.

I’ve had a bad headache for two years so I always crack my neck to relieve. I really pulled it and think I tore and artery. I think I had a ischemic stroke because I’m stuttering now and very fatigued. I’m so scared I hope this vid helps me calm down.

Currently worried about a heart attack. It's 11 p.m. and all I wanna do is go to sleep. I'm having chest pain and I went to a follow up doctor's appointment today and my blood pressure was higher then usual. I felt fine until I found out my blood pressure wasn't normal. I'm only 17 but my family had a history of heart attacks and high BP. I can't tell what's in my head and what's actually happening 😔

I do worry about my health. Considering that my system is such that I can only eat once a day. I do drink a lot during the day though to compensate. Not alcohol, just beverages.

I would love to listen to this. But my anxiety is currently about my nose, upper lip and mouth as everything is drying up and is painful and scary. So breathing is triggering. What do I do? Plus, I a singer and flautist and can't do either of those atm. I can't get a diagnosis or for consistency with my symptoms as it started with neuropathic facial pain and now it's extreme dryness. Having tests but it's also been a struggle getting doctors to listen and take me seriously. Thankfully I have a cranio osteopath who has two MAs in trauma including EMDR so though we haven't started the trauma work yet I hope with all my heart he can help me. I have been told that all illness stems from trauma. And that it is trauma trapped in the body. I struggle to wrap my mind around this. I'm also struggling with my cycle so am wondering if this is another wonderful effect of perimenopause. But for now, what do I do if every breath through my dry nose and mouth is a trigger? 😔

I have actual health issues. Pots. Auto immune and now valve insufficiency.. out of nowhere since 2017 before this all happened I had anxiety disorder.. now it's worse.. is it called health anxiety if you have real health issues? Every day I'm scared..

can someone explain why this happens. this is like my 3rd attempt with meditating and what tends to happen is a lot of my muscles start twitching. like literally random muscles. like rn the side of my left jaw started twitching and earlier it was my legs/thighs. and last time i tried meditating i got a heart flutter. it’s uncomfortable for me and scares me a bit but i feel like that might be the healing?? anyone know anything

I am just 25 and I fear ageing and death as if when I will turn 30,40.. And so on I would be nearing to death... How can I get over it ma'am?

You have a long time before you have to be concerned about dying. Don’t waste the time you have worried about the far off future. If you stay healthy now you’ll live an extremely long time. Best of luck my friend.

Hi M B - Yes hypnosis works even if you fall asleep as it penetrates the sub-conscious mind and messages come through even if you fall asleep!

This was going really well until you said picture a time you were comforted and rocked. I pictured my grandmother rocking me in her rocking chair, and was instantly in tears. Oops. I was completely relaxed before that tho 🙃

This is a really great meditation, but what kills it is at the end the adverts come in at full volume and destroy the complete relaxation

Hi Matthew - There should only be ads at the start of the meditation. I checked settings again and looks like the default settings got changed by YT, I have updated it now to only show ads at the beginning so you wont be interrupted at the end

No, this is has not been designed as a sleep hypnosis instead its something you can listen to during the day

I have an idea for a hypnosis video: i am a man, nearly 60, and have been plagued with health issues since birth. Because of this, I've never been considered a "viable" life partner when it comes to pursuing love and relationships. I was in two very bad relationships wherein both of them i was taken advantage of for my disability money, and the first relationship, i was almost killed. After dozens of dates, and the knowledge that i will never be able to support a life partner if i meet one, how about a hypnosis protocol to be able to forget that so called "need" for human companionship? I seem to do better alone anyway, and I'm tired of being everyones ATM, and emotional gas station, but not considered a good enough person to be a life partner to anyone, in a long term relationship. I'm done with the big lie called "love". It's never brought me any joy or fulfillment, no matter how much effort I've put forward. It's brought me more harm than good, and I'll carry the scars the rest of my life.

I would appreciate it if guided meditation voice is not whisperin as is often the case like this one, too. Straining to make out the words is the last thing we want when trying to meditate or hypnotized.
