The insurance holder should be cleared immediately and then there should be a body to validate if there is anything wrong in the bill. Hospitals should be penalized and black listed if they do so.

Also the government should make non-medical consumables in hospitalisation to be part of the insurance claim else no point having insurance. Patients have to pay money to the hospital in spite of having insurance

I dint get claim bcz i submitted claim card on discharge day so I was told pay now and submit bill papers to nearest insurance office....at insurance office they didn't communicate some bills are missing then next time I went with the documents they dint had the first documents i gave

Serious Past History पर भी लिमिट two years की होनी चाहिए और इलाज में होने वाले gloves mask pads needle etc के भी चार्ज इसी में इंक्लूड होना चाहिए क्योंकि इलाज में ही तो यह सब इस्तेमाल हो रहा है कोई घर थोड़े ले जा रहा है ये क्या कमाई के hidden loops हैं जो क्लियर होने चाहिए
