@@dittoinsurance if i renew my care insurance through your portal, will i get claim assistance? Despite 6 years of insurance, our claim for 5 lacs in air ambulance and 15 lacs for post hospitalization (case of hemorrhage) has been denied despite all documents by care insurance.

Bill kul sahi kaha aapne, same experience I have now , Star Health insurance company satharahi hi mere saath, I have FHO policy in 2019 , not any claim till to 2024 now I admited for accute fever claim rejected...! Reason For submit ur existing health related records before I buying I haven't having any health issues....! Very bad experience with themselves ....😢 Moreover I am a Advisor of that company since 2014...!

Lot of people are telling me since I buy policy from your platform that hdfc ergo has costly policy and you have wasted your money. Feeling stuck, not sure whether I did the right or wrong. I have completely 0 knowledge of purchasing such polcies. I have gone through one of the video in the Y-axis channel which intrigued me to buy high sum insured for the long term considering the raise of medical inflation. The problem is I never be able to make the decision for these purchases as I always afraid that somebody who is selling the policy is just want to make his own benefit and handover me some garbage and my money will go in vain. Also, these policies comes with so much clauses which looks to create to deny the claim of the insurer.

Bahut sahi decision liya hai bhai aapne... Hdfc ergo ki thori mehnagi jaroor hai policy par market main sabse best hai... Mere paas bhi optima super secure policy hi hai... Claim karne pe ek rupee bhi cut nahin hota hai mera.

Hello :) We are available Pan-India since our advisors work remotely. All you have to do is book a call on our website. However, we currently do not partner with ICICI Lombard. So we may not be able to support your request. Having said that, you have very little to worry about. Your policy is 7 years old and if you complete 8 continuous years, you will have completed your moratorium period. No insurer can dispute any claims once the moratorium period is complete.

Sir niva Bupa ne mera claim reject Kiya tha..2 saal pahle bola tha ki mai ghar pe thik ho sakta tha hospital Jane ki jarurat nahi thi..kya mai fir claim kar sakta hu? Abhi bhi mai claim kar sakta hu?

My mother 59 F and me 21 has floater policy national parivaar mediclaim plus 8L, (some history: 3 year PED, 2nd year running on policy so PED left 1.4 years. 3 lakhs(bought on 2018) covers all the PED as we increased it to 8 Lakhs in 2022, so waiting period is on incremental 5 lakhs). COPD, Cardiac issue, t2dm, hypertension, gastric issues bit. Can you help me in porting the policy and getting the best health insurance hassle free, premium not an issue ? Which insurance would be the best for this? Only for my mother

I have helath insurance from niva bupa from policy bazaar....after following your videos .... I am thinking about switching to HDFC ERGO....whats u r openion. ..what is the difference between you and policy bazaar.... Tq

Niva Bupa policies are much more affordable. HDFC Ergo policies are slightly more expensive. Feature wise both are at par but we think Niva Bupa is more customizable. Claims experience we believe HDFC Ergo has an edge over Niva Bupa. However to be able to offer you more pointed advice, we suggest you book a call with our advisor and they will help you. Also in terms of service, we believe our advisors and claims team truly care about our customers' outcomes. Our objective is not just to sell a policy. How do i switch to an agent after already buying a policy directly from the company

You will have to intimate the insurance company during renewal that you are looking to switch your agent and they will get a declaration from both the old agent and the new agent before approving the switch.

@@dittoinsurance I meant physical offices. If we buy through ditto & during claims processing, will it all be a remote / online process. What if you had to visit the hospital for a claim resolution incase ditto is not physically present in my city.??

The commission structure is regulated by IRDAI and it can vary anywhere between 5-20% across the industry. However as consumers you don't pay extra irrespective of whether you buy directly from insurer or Ditto.
