Great check in! Take one day at a time girl! Just make sure they show you how to use the crutches properly. If you have steps there is a trick to how you use the crutches to go up and down them. PT should be able to show you the proper way to utilize the crutches.

Hi Christy, I'm sorry you're struggling with some things this week. ❤ My mom has edema in her legs as well and had to wear compression socks too. Good luck with your surgery, good job planing for it and getting stuff ready. Great job on your water intake as well- I struggle to remember to drink. I'll be praying for your surgery to go well and for a quick recovery ❤❤
