Kidneys are our body’s filters. When they don’t function well, toxins will build up causing major issues.
Sadly, more than 37 million Americans suffer from kidney disease, and only 10% of the people living with chronic kidney disease know they have it.
This is partly because some of the earliest signs of kidney disease can be attributed to other conditions. The most severe symptoms appear in the relatively advanced stages.
In this video, we'll talk about 10 signs that your kidneys need help and 9 ways to prevent any issues early on.

I was stage five kidney disease. I was a body builder and used a lot of supplements. And drank quite a bit when I was younger. As a result when I turned sixty two my kidneys gave out completely. The doctors were foiled as two which type I had. So I took it upon myself to start juicing, and to eat one meal a day, and also to continue exercising and drinking plenty of water. As a result I feel 100% better.

My brother Jacob who’s is 26 years old recently was on dialysis with stage 4 kidney failure, 8-10 hour treatments and back and forth from the doctors. He showed no signs or symptoms until the later stages, I fortunately was able to donate my kidney to him so he’s able to continue his day to day life. I see in the comments it’s not that simple to get a match or a donor and my heart goes out to those who continue to wait and I encourage those people to ask friends and family to do testing, it’s very extensive but it’s worth saving a loved one’s life.

Thank you very much for the video, it was very informative, I was diagnosed with chronic renal failure early this year, there was time when I could feel that my bladder is full and painful but when I go to the toilet, only a little amount of urine will come out and I could still feel that the bladder is full, my doctor then gave me antibiotics saying it was bladder Infections and after that The urine came out as it should, I'm glad that I found this group because we are all dealing with the same illness and therefore no one will judge us plus we get to get advice from other people 🙏

I have renal failure and go back and forth from stage 5 to 4 and back again. Mine was caused by a damaged tubular in my kidney, which they have no explanation for yet. This is since March 22’. I am on a renal diet which doesn’t seem to help much as I’m assuming it’s not a normal kidney disease. My #’s were perfectly fine in November 21’. I was sent to UCSF last week. I will be sending this video to my daughter and son-in-law. Thank you!

I donated a kidney in 2001. It's a life long commitment to be a living donor. Need to drink a lot of water, about 1 gal/day. Can be hard because you are never thirsty. Take extra good care of yourself, easy to do. The Dr's will tell you that you only need one and that you will never miss it...that is BS. I am an avid exerciser and outdoor enthusiast, so I was and still am in tune with my body. I miss it. I had mine removed through a flank incision which I think is the worst incision of any in the surgical field (medical background). If you can have it done by laparoscopic method then do it that way if you'r going to donate a kidney. I am a donor as noted on my Tx DL so someone will get the rest of my stuff if I die before I get too old. I know it sounds like a really good thing to do but if i had it to do it all over, I absolutely would not donate a major organ as a Living Donor. If you want to do something good for people, donate blood. Its renewable and quite easy on your body. Keep track of what you donate and you get these cool pins to display. When you accumulate, over time, say one gallon of blood donated you get a 1 Gallon donor pin, 2 gallon donor pin, and so on.

Sincerely wishing you the best. You are still young. I'm 30. Fatigue is my middle name. I have the baggy eyes, hate to admit bad breath with occasional Metallic tastes. I get shortness of breath ( even though I have quit my smoking habits, and been doing plenty of cardio work on my bicycle). I on and off have foamy urine, but at times it's really noticeable. It's like pouring a soda pop out and watching it foam up from the carbonation. My best analogy for it anyway, sorry for detail. I don't currently have a family doctor, and I avoid hospitals as much as possible because of my own mental block.. so I haven't been diagnosed or checked up on for anything.. I love my bicycle, I do try to eat healthy (lots of meats fruits and vegetables) As of right this second I've been awake for more than 48 hours, and I have tried sleeping but can't.. I hope to sleep tonight, but I'm not confident I will get much. That's a regular issue for me. Sorry for being long winded. Lack of sleep. I'm wishing you the very best with your journey. Take care. Stat strong.

Well it all starts when you are young. And parents .Just teach their children about their mental and physical health. It's called breakfast lunch ad supper! Breakfast is cereals and fruit with light meat products if you have to. But lunch should another light meal and then supper. Avoid smoking to often during the day, and drinking too much alcohol. Go not try to give those habits up. Not too much oily foods stick to veggies. And drink water according to your body mass. Too much of any thing is also not good for the kidneys. Because it has to work harder each day. Your kidneys must be relaxed. Don't drink too much of water or other beverages before going to bed. Take laxatives one every three months . Or once a month if possible. I'm 54 this year come August, and I've been in good shape . I played soccer for 45 years competitively ran a few thousand kilometres and always slept well. My medication and supplements are moderate. For example Altosec, D Cal Mag. Essential, glutamine, which generates enough e energy for the day. This worked for me and I'm serious, I'm in good shape. People say I look 38. So I basically beat the ageing process. See what works for you and stick to your diet. After all we all responsible for our own mental and physical health. Consult your doctor if any meds or supply.emts that you are taking is causing any side effects . God bless and take care ❤

As someone who had kidney failure and now has received a transplant ,🙏 This is all correct. The EARLIEST indicator will be the foamy urine, but fatigue and swelling will be the Red flags... never convince yourself that a problem your witnessing will just "go away" , a simple blood test early can save you years of dealing with any kind of organ failure. My mom died in kidney failure too. Few months before her death we still didn't understand why she had no appetite to eat and she vomited some times when she smelled the foods. she had 12 months dialysis and just passed away in September this year.

Sorry for your loss 🙏. I have been on kidney dialysis for about 10 years now. I go day by day not knowing if tomorrow will come for me. Everything I do now is slowed down now. I try to do the right thing. But it's not easy for me. Now I'm 58 years old I started this when I was about 46 or so. Again sorry for your loss 🙏.

I've noticed that if I drink a glass of lemon water before I go to bet I don't have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. Water without the lemon & I'm up. I also squeeze a load of lemonds & freeze in ice cube trays & pop a couple of cubes every morning in my water bottle & take to work. I'm not sure why or how it works but I really feel so much better in myself than if than when I don't do this...hope it helps you all out there too 🙏❤

I really appreciate your video even though I've had a life long battle with kidney issues. It was still very informative. One thing I learned a long time ago is to avoid milk, of course sodas too. I had one Dr who wanted to put me on a full time low dose antibiotics. I told her no. But all of the other Dr's said that they only want to use them if I'm showing severe symptoms because of a chronic urinary infection. Always shown to have continuous infection in urine & blood test. I've had multiple surgeries on the kidneys & many reconstruction surgeries on the ureters using bowel. The bladder was augmented at age 14, reversed at age 52. My first urinostomy at age 6, reversed at age 15. Second urinostomy at age 52. Many small surgical procedures for kidney stones, sometimes 3, 4 or even 5 to put in temporary tubes, to remove the stones and then again to remove the tubes. Another major reconstruction surgery at age 42, had nephrostomy tubes for over nine months and on antibiotics the whole time. The entire digestive system has gone to crap because another major reconstruction surgery at age 52 giving me the second urinostomy. Nephrostomy tubes in both kidneys for 2 & 1/2 years. They had to change them out every 2 to 3 months. When they did this surgery they also removed the iliosical valve. Now have daily bowel issues and now on disability. Also read in medical records that one of the doctors squashed the gall bladder in another surgery at age 5. So many foods that I can't eat anymore. Just recently started having severe itching on hands, wrist & lower arms. Having trouble sleeping for a while now. It's difficult to keep a fluid intake balance because of both the digestive & urinary tract issues. I was having severe pain in both the right arm & leg going from shoulder to fingers & from hip to toes. Started taking vitamins and most of that pain went away. I don't sleep to much but try to stay active around the house. Mostly do a lot of research, planting plants & caring for dogs, cats & chickens. I'm blessed even through all of this because I'm about to turn 58 next month. Really surprised to have made it this far. But, God has plan's and who am I to argue. Another secret: Do for others when you get a chance, it takes the focus off of you and helps immensely in keeping life in a proper perspective. God bless y'all 🙌

Listen to your doctor and take the antibiotic. As I have observed, lived and researched various health conditions that have, at different times, affected myself and my family, I have come to the firm conclusion that ALL DISEASES have an infectious genesis, meaning, there is a pathogen (a bacteria, a virus, an amoeba, a protozoan or a fungus) that infects a host causing all types of symptoms that are often missed or misinterpreted. In fact, as researchers continue to investigate they constantly make new discoveries that completely disprove what they believed to be true just a few years prior, take for example ulcer. Ulcer was believed to have been caused by spicy food and high acidity in the stomach, but we now now that is caused by a bacteria called H.Pilori and is treated with antibiotics. There are also many viruses that cause diseases and even cancer, such as the herpes virus that causes cervical cancer and the Human T-cell leukemia virus type, (also called human T-lymphotrophic virus (HTLV-1)) which is linked to adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma; It is spread through infected semen, vaginal fluids, blood and breast milk. When an infection is not detected and promptly treated with antibacterial or antiviral drugs, it migrates to other parts of the body and damages organs there. In the case of strep infections, for example, results could be devastating because the bacterial will damage the heart's valves or go into the brain giving symptoms of schizophrenia (that condition is called PANDAS.) And did you know that fungal infections have been found in the brain of elderly patients diagnosed with dementia? So, take the antibiotic.

I had all those symptoms in 2021 and remember it vividly. I was peeing blood-like stains. I thought i was going to die because the treatments werent improving my well being. I lost my appetite completely and after 3 months i was finally treated right. I recovered and thankful i didnt go too soon.

Once it starts can you stop it or is it a ticking time bomb? I haven't peed blood but I do have fatigue, have had soreness in the kidneys after consuming alcohol, been having trouble staying asleep without waking up after 4-5 hours to pee, I don't usually have foam, I don't really have much of a swelling issue, and I have shortness of breath from any exercise/lifting but that could just be my lungs.

Lots of my veteran friends have kidney issues from the Military Medicines and Vaccines... Not to mention being in areas that cause dehydration requiring lots of water.

@sg-vp2qg Жыл бұрын
I submit that you have no way to know that your friend's kidney issues were caused by vaccines, I think your bias and beliefs are shown there. On the other hand, some medications are known to compromise kidneys, and of course dehydration is not good for them. (I also wonder about the strange capitalization of some of your words? but that is less serious than falsely attributing effects to certain causes which may not be or are not responsible.)
