I am very heartened to hear that Dr Williams has never seen a negative cardiac event in his patients who eat plant based and also take a statin. Sounds like a winning approach to me!

I was diagnosed with Covid in 2021 and ended up in the hospital for a week I was really sick but survived. Now looking back because I was 80 % WFPB I believe that’s why I survived. I was told over and over again no one makes it out alive. I’m a firm believer and still striving for 100% WFPB. Thank you Dr Kim and to all the plant based doctors that’s changing lives❤️🙏

I am plant based around 6 months. I beat cancer. Never lost my appetite but stayed plantbased. This morning my husband said I look gaunt. Skinny neck and face is starting (a little) to look skeletal. I ate some meat this morning. But after listening to Dr Williams I’m staying on my plant-based journey. Did your face change for the worse at all?
