Ingredients-
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup nuts ( cashew and almonds)
1/2 cup soft dates, pitted
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
Dark chocolate
2 cups (about 500ml) cow's milk
1 tsp instant coffee, mixed with 1 tsp Luke warm water( optional)
Toasted nuts, for topping

This actually turns out pretty good, just like in the video. It's tasty and the structure is just as an ice cream should be. Definitely sweeten it extra, though. Some stevia or something. And then you've got yourself a perfect sugarfree ice cream. And what also mattered to me - no bananas. Excellent recipe, easy to make!

I made your healthy chocolate ice-cream today and I was impressed... I was a little skeptical at first but it one of the best icecreams I have ever eaten. It was so creamy and so delicious. Tried this, we are used to eating extra sweet hence added half frozen banana while blending, guys i kid you not this is literally the best icecream ever. No one was able to findout that it was a healthy version. Gonna try more of strawberry blueberry and sitaphal❤

I made this. It’s delicious. But it freezes absolutely rock hard so I’d suggest maybe putting it in small individual servings before freezing maybe. If not you have to completely thaw it every time you want some

Excellent recipe- after trying the chocolate flavour we tried, raspberry , strawberry and blueberry flavoured ice cream with real fresh fruit with some fruit compote and it was just heaven so please try with flavours of your choice!! Thank you Neha for a fantastic recipe. 🙏🏻

I tried it and this is my take.. It was very thick icecream , sweetness was too less to call it delicious ice cream by kids . It was rejected by my kids atleast. But I found another way of using it. I used it like icecream to make milkshakes..added a little sugar though to correct that factor but the choclate date dryfruits milkshake was good! As it is high in calories my kids have it as summer drink and I have half a cup only😂
