Samuel Barge Jr. It’s not entertaining enough. Everyone needs to have their initial, childhood-instilled beliefs reaffirmed or be entertained to learn anything unfortunately.

Ok so who can afford to eat at wholefoods almost everything there is $20 and up. Ok Grandma grow her food in the backyard and caned it for the winter, that's very possible if there are strong family's handing down tradition of preparing good meal's for their homes everyday.

I started shopping there about 3 months ago and their produce isn’t too expensive. They also have a wider range of healthier option. I get vital things from whole foods and regular stuff from Kroger to balance it out

Ok but I'm not talking about the well off people in our city, I thinking of those who have low income jobs and I would talk about the people in California but that's a fruits and nuts place to live, now every time I go there I'm out of at least 50,60 dollars and I don't even get grocery I just food from the bar and some stuff from the healthcare department but I know the well off people will say different.

Racism causes stress which causes the body to create cortisol. Cortisol drives down testosterone to oestrogen ratio, and bingo reduced testosterone leads to increased risk of prostate cancer. So, it is not that African Americans are more susceptible to prostate cancer, the real reason fro that is that they tend to suffer from chronic stress, which kicks of the process as explained above.

black males are the healthiest in America today as all black males heat healthy and lift weights and exercise more than everyone else combine many studies prove African Americans today are less likely to get heart disease or diabetes because black males are the most health conches compeared to most white males who are dying of heart disease and diabetes and cancer at much higher rates from not living as healthy as all black males are.
