Eggs- 3
Onion-1
Spring onion- 1/3 cup(optional)
Tomato-2
Coriander leaves
Garlic -2
Ginger - 1 inch
Corn flour- 1.5 tbsp
White vinegar- 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste

Didi apki sabhi receipe acchi aur easy hoti hai. Ap har prakar ke dikhave se dur rehte ho ye apki khas bat hai. Mai apka fan hu. Kuch bhi banana hota hai to apke video pehle check kar leta hu fir uske according bana deta hu. Ap meri life me bahut contribution kiya hai. Apka dhanyawad

Hi Didi, I have tried egg & spinach soup when I was in China. It was healthy but we Indians are not used to the smell and taste of authentic Chinese soups. But your idea of frying onions and other ingredients in butter gives it good aroma and taste. I am going to try this improvisation in Thai chicken pho soup. You are the best.

Mere beti ko eggs bahat pasand he....eye soup use bahat pasand aye ga....thank you ma'am for sharing such an amazing recipe. .it's healthy as well as tasty......not looking less than the restaurant soup......which is quite expensive......mere beti ko sardi aur zukham hone se me Yehi soup use dunga. ..she will really like it...may God give u success in each and every step of your life ma'am 🙏
