It's somewhat similar to cider ! The fermentation process makes those bubbles and adding more materials everyday makes it stronger in taste ! Maybe this can be helpful for cleansing digestive systems apart from getting 'high' ! 😆

Cider Not sider. Also in Cider a certain kind of yeast is added just like beer. Ginger bug itself is yeast, which is made without using yeast from outside. Which is then used to make beverages

Dumb people have the tendency to call everything natural and whatever is factory made they label them as "chemical" or bad. I feel like she is somehow implying that store bought "soda" is bad but this "natural" soda is good. Soda is just soda. Doesn't matter if it's home made or store bought. Both have the same chemical composition.

In this process I prepared ginger beer at home.... the additional work I did was I boiled 5 litres of water with lots of shredded ginger and sugar, after cooling this ginger water I added the ginger bug and stored it in an air tight container for 15 days.. and the result was awesome 🙂

The drink is formed by fermentation and fermentation takes best place in a warm and dark environment, because at warmth enzymes multiply faster . In fridge it would remain the same as in low temperature the enzymes become inactive. Hope this helps
