2cups - Hibiscus Flower
1gallon - Water
1 - Pineapple
2tbsp - Cloves
2tbsp - Whole Black Pepper
1/2cup - Chopped Ginger
Water - to blend spices and pineapple
1 Prekese
1-2cups -Sugar
This drink may be served cold, hot or warm.

You can add any other fruits like watermelon, Orange, strawberry and date. You will blend it and sieve the fruits and add it to the sieved Zobolo and stir it very well and you are good to go.

Can use the orange peel to the boil for the amount she made use 2 medium oranges and then squeeze the oranges add room temperature

Hola Fred in my country Panamá is call sorrel we add ginger cloves cinnamon sugar and is part of Christmas beverage… saludos desde Tampa Florida

Hi Fred,musuro and kananfiri is cloves and whole black pepper.Great content as always.Ps. I normally add lemon zest to sugar to make the syrup and then blend the lemon with the pineapple before adding to the sobolo.I’ve seen people add orange ,so it’s possible.

If you want the natural orange flavor , you need to get your fresh Oranges, wash them properly then slice them and add them to Hibiscus leaves and boil together.
