Healthy milk slice recipe. Low carbs, no sugar
Hi friends!
Today we will prepare our favorite Milk Slice in a healthier version: it will have 2.5 times less calories, 5 times less carbohydrates and almost 3 times less fat. And at the same time, it will not only be edible, but really very tasty. You get a fluffy and airy chocolate biscuit, with a delicate milk filling. If necessary, the recipe can be adjusted to Keto and LCHF nutrition by replacing some ingredients (see at the end of the description). All pleasant tea drinking, health and beauty!

📄 Ingredients
🌿 For the biscuit:
▪️ Oatmeal 30 g.
▪️ Almond flour 10 g (if not, this amount can be replaced with oatmeal)
▪️ Chicken egg 4 pcs.
▪️ Cocoa powder (I have 12 g of alkalized, it’s better to add about 20-24 g of simple, you can try more, the main thing is to be careful so that the proteins do not lose airiness after adding dry ingredients)
▪️ Powdered milk 10 g.
▪️ Baking powder 3 g.
▪️ Salt pinch
▪️ Sweetener to taste (I have 40 g of erythritol, which replaces 0.7 grams of sugar and 2 g of Fitparad No. 7, which is 5 times sweeter than sugar. Erythritol helps to stabilize proteins a little, and also get a more pleasant sweetness when combined with Fitparad ).
🌿 For cream:
▪️ Ricotta 300 g (can be replaced with mascarpone, soft cottage cheese)
▪️ Milk 50 ml. (you can replace it with water ▪️ or without it at all if you don’t add gelatin)
▪️ Gelatin 8 g.
▪️ Albumin 8 g.
▪️ Water 56 g (only for soaking albumin, not needed for raw and pasteurized egg whites)
▪️ Sweetener to taste (I have 30 g of erythritol and 2 g of Fitparad No. 7)
▪️ Vanilla/vanillin to taste
▪️ Salt pinch
🌿 For impregnation (optional, something 1 to choose from, I rarely impregnate):
▪️ Milk, Milk + sweetener, Water + any sweetener, water + honey
Nutritional value (100 grams):
Calories 161 / Proteins 13 / Fats 9 / Carbohydrates 6
Output weight ~ 700 g.
❗️ For Keto and lchf options, you can replace oatmeal with almond flour, and ricotta with mascarpone or mascarpone + heavy cream
