Kmi nikalne wale to bhagwan me bhi kmi nikal dete h, vry bad. Mam u r superb. Or kehne wale keh rhe h ki pesa hota h to sbka dimak chla h bt aisa nhi h kuch logon k pas bhot pesa hota h fir bhi dimak 1% bhi nhi hota. Or Haan itna to sochna chahiye ki agr mam k pas pesa h to unhe itni activity krne ki kya jrurt h wo hr chiz perches bhi to kr skti h. Sory to say pr mam ki trhan diamk bhi chlana pdta h. Mujhe to mam se bhot kuch sikhne ko Mila h. Thanks mam.🙏

I always use girnar' s instant tea mix.once i got wagh bakri instant tea but we did not like the taste.in Mumbai i buy from dmart shopping mall and generally i buy loose grocery items like pulses,rice,poha,suji etc .the quality is really good.

Iodised salt is also important for over-all health.... I had aslo started using saindav namak, or pink salt but my family doctor recommended me to use iodised salt as no use of iodine triggers the thyroidism

Supriya this is true,in india Himalaya was considered goitre belt before introduction of iodised salt.u can use rock salt sometimes,we Indian generally don’t eat iodine rich food.so please eat iodised salt.
