Pinapanuod ko ito now.finally may influencer din na nagbago when it comes to food restock sa pantry or fridge. I used to be also unhealthy sa mga binbibli ko pero binago ko tlga inisip ko kawawa mga anak ko pag tumanda ako aalagaan nila ako dahil sakitin ako ayoko ng ganun and mismo mga anak ko well young adults na sila nung naging unhealthy pinamili ko pero nuon bata sila veggies home cooked meals tlga ako kaso pandemic dun ako naging parang matakaw nagagaya ko mga influencers the way they shop kaya this is reminder to us parents na maging good example tau sa mga anak natin

Ako lang ba ang nakakamiss sa mga #luxurybag unboxing ni Ms Anna? Oh, well. Kuminang ang aking mga mata nung makita ko collection of bags mo Ms. Anna. I hope you can do a bag collection video. 🤗😌 Dami na namang take away sa episodes na 'to. I'm in my late 20's and naguumpisa nako maging concious sa mga iniintake kong food dahil oo, tumatanda na tayo. We all want to live longer kaya lets start as early as possible without compromising parin yung mga 'kakaunting' cravings natin syempre. 😅😆

That is what i also realize na you don't really have to stop to eat the food that you want to eat having just a balance diet is totally fine I am into my maintaining stage already although I want to achieve more because I have a goal body that is also important that you have a goal for you to keep motivated and moving.

Nagnanap po ako pag tanghali dati. Iniiwasan ko na sya ngayon para mas maaga ako makatulog. Nagstart ako 12mn nilalayo ko na phone sakin para makarelax na mata ko. After some time, mag aadjust naman body clock mo and matatama na sleep.
