Great info thank you. But I'd companies like Kraft and GM buy up great healthy food companies they will eventually turn around and start adding nasty ingredients. That is what they are known for .

That makes me so angry. These small companies that are proud of being organic and healthy etc etc and then get greedy and sell to these evil food companies. Sell outs. Everyone has a price apparently.

@HephzibahBeaulah Totally! It shows these companies don't care about health, the first big dollar sign dangled in front and they sell. The other day I grabbed a diet Hansen's soda as a treat, thought I was ok until I saw they are owned by Coke. 🤮 Never again. I'd love to support the little guys who haven't sold out.

I LOVE Keto Cups! The best and cleanest ingredients and truly Keto. In terms of Protein bars, I like No Cow, which has lots of protein and no sugar. Also, Dang bars are good and Costco has them too. lThanks for the video.

I make my own low carb nut bars, I sweeten them with a little maple syrup.

Try using Monk Fruit sweetener. U get the same sweetness, in my opinion even more for 0 calories & it is Keto approved . Best thing , unlike where Bobby shops (whole foods), you can get this at you local Big Lots for like $3.50 a bag & that is about 1/2 the cost of Whole Paycheck (oh my bad Whole Foods lol)

They are not healthier, way too much sugar. At 3 grams per tiny bar that’s almost a teaspoon, and how many do people realistically eat at a time? 4, 5 bars? Even more? All that sugar adds up quick! Wish they would use stevia or monk fruit as a sweetener…

Love the EPIC brand bars, & some of the Lära bars. I haven’t found yet a good tasting Kombucha.And haven’t tried the keto cups or the unreal brand. 🤓 thnx Bobby!

GT's Synergy. Lemon berry or their special edition summer brew, are some of the best flavors of kombucha. They have 0g added sugar as a bonus!

I like the Lara bars sweetened with dates and fruit I also was getting Kind bars but they are most likely hard on the teeth I burp now too from things and looked it up recently I has to do with sometimes the richness of your food and I also have milk intolerance which doesn't help that I was really burping actually so much and my tummy hurt So from what I read if I have a meal that's a little heavy for me? I wait to rest after for a few hours otherwise well you can guess ugh Thanks for these interesting*

Bobby, have you heard of a product known as Victory wash used by grocery stores to wash and revive fresh vegetables? It's even used on organic vegetables in a particular VA store. If love to hear your comments.

@@elizabethreed5648 the son of a friend works at a high end grocery store. He was asked to spray the vegetables with a bottle of something. He asked what was in it and was shown the Victory Wash Ecolab. It turns out that Victory Wash is categorized as a pesticide and sanitizer by our government. It inhibits bacterial growth and also revives wilted produce. If organic produce in your grocery store is treated with this product, then it is no longer organic. And you are wasting your money. This is good information to have and also disheartening and discouraging

Addition of natural flavors suggests that they have trouble with mold. Natural flavors allows it to be self stable longer.

The cliff nut butter bars don't have soy and are lower in sugar, 11g I think. Which is high but much better than the reg Cliff bars. I think there's natural flavors tho

Hi Bobby, I used your app for the 1st time yesterday and sent in 4 or 5 products not in you app. However I was unable to actually sign up and or log in. I tried to log in with Facebook but it never said it was accepted.
