⚫️ Detailed recipe :-
For momo sheets :-
Roast some (1cup) sabudana (sagoo) , roast until it turns lighter . Keep aside let it cool down then grind it into fine powder. Make a dough out of the powder . put warm water and make a dough add some salt & oil . knead for 5 mins to make a semi - soft dough.
For stuffing :-
On a pan healthy up 1tbsp oil . Add chopped garlic and green chilli . Then add some chopped onions , cabbage ,carrot 🥕 . Saute for a minute . Add salt to taste and maggie masala .
